3 Decks & Water Views: Breezy Home in Hilton Head

Our family stayed there just following the Christmas holidays and it was a great multi day. Stay with plenty of space for our young family of 4, plus 2 grandparents.Great closet space in the secondary living room upstairs was amazing. Incredible decks all screened in from the bugs and of course a beach and ocean view that is undeniably beautiful.

Our family arrived for college tennis. The house location was perfect. Close to food and activities but enough off the beaten path that it felt quiet and secluded. The views of the sunrise were amazing from one of the porches. It’s a 10 minute walk to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. The home had everything we needed and more space than you think there will be. would definitely stay there again.

The place is well kept. Close to beach. Would stay again.

Had 3 couples and 2 additional friends for a wedding in Bluffton, was a great spot easy to get to from Hilton Head Airport. House was beautiful and clean. Views were as promised from all three decks. Airport traffic wasn't heavy and hardly noticed any noise. Everything on island was no more than 20-25 min away with most everything we needed 10-15 away. Getting to Bluffton was easy. Ubers were able to pick up a couple of us and the trip to Savannah airport was also not bad. Would absolutely love to go back!

Roomy vacation home. Great for family gathering. A few issues came up but owner quickly responded.

A fairly new house, away from the crowds where we have stayed before. Lots of wildlife. We asked ourselves at the end of the week, is it already time to go home? We had a few minor issues but our contact was very responsive, we were always answered within minutes and the issues were resolved. The door handle for the door going to the door going to the garage was not working, we were able to adjust the screw and repair ourselves, The icemaker was not working which was a little inconvenient but we were brought a bag of ice. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

It felt like our own. Very warm, clean and welcoming. We stay on HHI all the time and we book through evolve each time. But this is by far the best host and property we have stayed to date! We took advantage of the on site golf cart too and had fun going to the beach with friends that reside here. Beverly and her husband Jim made great recommendations and made it easy for us to access them if we needed assistance with anything. We had one small problem and it was resolved instantly which just makes me think if anyone ever needs them in the future they will be lucky to have such great hosts. I never go out of my way to write reviews due to working 24/7 but I have to tell people booking this property how great it was, we extended just to have a few more days in this home and we are sad to leave but excited to come back in summer! This home is beautiful and perfect for a large group with plenty of beds, large family room and kitchen, laundry, and most everything you might need during your stay. The rental of the golf cart was not worth the additional fee for us. There's a nice baseball/softball and a soccer field within walking/golf cart distance. The beach you’re able to view from the house and drive to with the golf cart isn’t bad, it’s just more of a “natural” area and low tide leaves you with a long jaunt to get to water above your ankles. The location is also on the outskirts of the dinning and shopping areas which is what made the golf cart rental pointless. We didn’t realize Coligny Beach-the more traditional “spring break” beach-was a good 20 minute car ride, but luckily there’s free parking nearby. Again, the home was fabulous, a great price, homeowners very helpful, and it looked just as it was shown online. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again with the understanding we’d have to pack and haul stuff to Coligny Beach.

This is an absolutely beautiful home, loved our week here! The location was perfect, the views were wonderful, and the house exceeded our expectations. Renting the golf cart for trips to the beach worked out great! We hope to plan another week here next year!!!
