You will have this entire condo to yourself! It boasts a private two-car attached garage plus two carport spots (4 spots total), full kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and plenty of room to relax with ample sleeping space! Enjoy beautiful mountain and lake views without having to leave the house!

This condo is very spacious and great for families totaling almost 1800 square feet. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and full on-suite bath including double shower heads and a large outdoor balcony. The second bedroom features 2 bunkbeds (full over full) for the kiddos or extra guests, and an on-suite bath with jetted tubs. The main floor includes a second master bedroom with a King bed and full bath, full kitchen, a spacious dining area, and living room with an attached balcony equipped with a grill for mountain BBQ’s, and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

We are taking every precaution to protect our guests and prevent COVID-19 exposure as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). All high touch surface areas (counters, doorknobs, etc.) are cleaned with an EPA registered and CDC recommended disinfectant. All linens are laundered in hot water and detergent.     Very clean and comfortable. One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve encountered in a long time. Within walking distance to downtown amenities. Centrally located with easy access to drive to Copper, Breckenridge, or anything in the area.

    I was a little nervous booking a very last minute trip but this condo didn’t disappoint. It was very nice. The listing matched what we had. Furnished nicely. Beds were comfy. We all enjoyed it and would be willing to stay again!

    Great property and location! Street construction was disruptive and noisy at night and the big lights were obtrusive but nothing the owner could control. Property owner and rental company were great to work with. Looking forward to staying here again!!
