3 BR Townhome, Main Level Suite, Bonus Room, Small Dogs, Orange Park

This was an excellent rental. Everything was well maintained. All the comforts of home were available. Plenty of room throughout We had a very relaxing time. Near all major shopping for food, clothing, drugstores etc. Television had cable and internet had sufficient bandwidth for our computers. Owners were very helpful.

This is a lovely townhome - would rent again. Spent time with our single adult son who lives 20 minutes away & our adult granddaughter who lives on the coast just south of Jacksonville.

2nd stay!! We absolutely love our home away from home !!!! So very close to our kids! Only 2 blocks! Stocked nearly perfect!..... Maybe add an electric mixer..... kids had to bring theirs! Propane was empty this time, but the stove worked amazingly!!!! Thank you sooooo much for hosting us again!!! Looking forward to our next stay!!! Y'all are absolutely the best!!! And should have extended our stay!

This was a beautiful place and very spacious. Had everything we needed for our short trip for a family wedding. Can't say I loved the location, extremely hard to get back on Blanding Blvd which was about 1/2 mile away. Lot of traffic and it added 10 plus minutes to your trip trying to get onto Blanding Blvd. Other than that the place was absolutely wonderful.

Townhome clean, spacious, comfortable for our needs.. Close by our son's family, so very convenient. Two suggestions: have a few basic supplies available, like salt/pepper, oil or spray for pans, etc. so visitors do not have to get these items for 1-3 day stay. Back yard could use a little landscaping. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. Lots of storage and all the basics in the kitchen to cook. When we arrived, the lights were already on and there was really beautiful Christmas music playing on the living room TV and in the other living room. Garage parking and driveway parking available. Winn-Dixie grocery 2 min away, Walmart and Publix 7 min away. A fun Escape room is right down the street too. The area of town is a bit older but it’s convenient to lots of locations and 40 min from airport.

Plenty of space to kick back and enjoy time with family and friends! Bed was fantastic!!!!! Terrific location!!!!! Beautiful home!! Most homes weve stayed at did have creamer & sugar for the coffee. And refrigerator needed cleaned. Other than that...... perfect stay!!! Oh!!! When we walked in... the smell was very fresh & inviting! Then each tv was tuned to animals playing with natural sounds!!!! Absolutely felt completely serene and welcoming!! Thank you!!!

One of the best stays I’ve had. Everything was well organized and clean. I loved that the property didn’t have a bunch of leftover used items from previous stays. Home was set up individually for your needs based on the amount of guest you had. Property management was very communicative and on the spot. I had an issue with the dead bolt lock, but they were super fast with assisting only to find out I did not turn the actual lock. The garage was available for parking. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at any properties they have again!

We had a good time there, the house is very comfortable, clean, new appliances, new Smart TV’s, the garage is clean and available to use and they have spots up to 4 cars on the driveway.
