3 BR Pool Home In Nokomis - Close To Beaches - Tropical Escape

We had a great stay at the property. The neighborhood was quiet, and very close to groceries, restaurants, and several beaches, especially those where you can hunt for shark’s teeth. The patio is really nice, and you can have the pool heated for your stay upon request for a fee. Our child absolutely loved swimming in the evening and at night. The property managers were wonderful at quickly responding to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Easy and comfortable stay. Centrally located to beach, shopping and family. Only drawback was no dishwasher.

This was the 2nd time in 3yrs staying at this house. It is extremely convenient to Nokomis Beach (my favorite) short drive North to Siesta Key, South to Venice(Sharkeys). Anything you need stores, restaurants are all right there. Having the pool to come back to after a day at this beach was so relaxing. My only compliant is they have camp chairs for the beach which I personally don't like. We bought a few beach chairs when we were there 3yrs ago, luckily 2 were still there. Will definitely return again. Neighborhood is great for walking/biking/running.

The best location for all our favorite restaurants and beaches was the highlight for us in this rental.The only negative was no dishwasher, and everyone took turns doing dishes.

This home was perfect. It had everything a traveler could want-- tons of towels, sheets, and blankets, a fully stocked kitchen (including coffee!), washer and dryer, and enclosed pool. The neighborhood is so quiet it felt like I was at home and not in a rental. Plenty of comfy furniture to hang out with family or friends. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, would 100% rent it again.

This little house was absolutely PERFECT! My bed was comfy, it provided everything I needed for my 4 day stay, it was convenient to the highway, stores, and restaurants but tucked just far out of the way to be a quiet little hideaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with practically anything one would need from dish soap, dishes, glasses, spices, to chip clips, coffee filters and even coffee! Plenty of clean towels, sheets and blankets, and while I didn't even get to use it I absolutely LOVED having the pool right out the back French doors! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! If I could give this place TEN STARS I would! Loved it. 3

Our 2nd time back. Great location. As we are boaters, the house is perfect as it is minutes away from the Nokomis boat ramp. House has everything we need. The outdoor pool and lanai are very welcoming.

The house is charming and well equipped. The pool was lovely. We were about 1.5 miles to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely rent again

Very happy with our stay. The home was cozy and comfortable. The pool was a hit with the kids. We loved all the beach amenities they had to offer. It was a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We made the 20 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. I highly recommend checking it out. Beautiful beach. We are already looking to book again in the future.

So enjoyable, we loved every minute of our stay. The area was perfect too, just our speed.
