Stayed Oct 3, 2023We had reservations for check in October 3,2023, check out October 4 2023. I sent a message to the host on October 3 requesting check in information. After waiting a few hours with no response, I called VRBO.The person I spoke with tried two different numbers to reach host with no success. At that time I cancelled reservation and went in search of somewhere else to stay. Host finally replied with checkin info at 4:38 pm, one and one half hours after our check in time. I feel I am entitled to a full refund of $238.62.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023Host was mostly unresponsive and unhelpful when I requested a change in my stay dates. I submitted a change request twice and the host said they didn’t know how to accept it. They continued to delay and were unresponsive even when VRBO customer service reached out.

Stayed May 5, 2023We had a few adults and our kids take a trip to Arkansas for a softball tournament and because of a festival in Conway, we had to look a little further out. We were glad that we did. House was clean, accessible, and exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely look to book again next year.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023It’s a new property and was nice. Need to add a few more kitchen items such as mixing bowls corkscrew measuring cups etc Nothing big just a few details to work out. It’s a great location. We enjoyed our stay. Also need an electrical outlet in the bathroom.
