    The location was fantastic! We went to the Christmas market, uncle boojie’s, dinner at Paseo! I loved the quaint little neighborhood and its proximity to good restaurants and bars.The house was cozy and comfortable. James had good communication and for three bedrooms, it was a good price for the stay. A lot of sweet touches.Things are a little dated and the master bathroom shower could use a refresh, but overall the place was a good solution and the owners were thoughtful and the house had a lot of things stocked like coffee, waters, snacks, which was nice!It is a great place if traveling with kids or if you are looking for a place to settle in, be comfortable, and have what you need!     We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location close to downtown, which made exploring the area so easy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.     We had a wonderful stay at this property. We arrived to a warm welcome with the lights on, music playing, and snacks on the counter. Rooms were furnished with beautiful and thoughtful decor, towels laid out, and plenty of plug-ins for electronics. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, cups, plates, etc., and we enjoyed three meals at home while traveling. The host thought of everything—including a bag of coffee —and was quick to respond to inquiries, even dropping off an iron on the front porch when we needed an extra. It was a quiet street and easily accessible to nearby restaurants and highways. Thank you for the perfect home away from home for a relaxing stay during business travels.

    We were disappointed with our stay at this property. Although it is listed as non-smoking, there was a strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival—possibly from cigarette smoke or water damage. This was immediately noticeable and unfortunately made the home unsuitable for us, especially due to my niece’s respiratory issues.To his credit, the owner James was responsive and tried to help by offering us an alternative property. However, the second home was actively listed for sale and located in an area that did not feel comfortable for our family.The owner did issue a 50% refund, which we appreciated. That said, the Book with Confidence guarantee did not provide the support we expected, leaving us scrambling to find a hotel at the last minute and absorbing the extra cost ourselves.This property may work for others, but if you are sensitive to odors or have respiratory concerns, I would not recommend it.

    We had a wonderful stay! This home was perfect. It was exactly as described in the listing. The communication with our host was wonderful, even before our trip began; and, our host provided everything we could possibly require. The beds were comfortable; and, there was so much to do, even when it rained. One thing unique about our stay was that our host offered a personal chef (Peg Guggliotta), which we highly recommend. The experience was fun and her food is 5 stars.

    Had a wonderful stay with siblings from 4 states who converged in Louisville for a mini reunion. We enjoyed sightseeing downtown, lots of great food and The Bourbon Trail. 4th of July was fun too and we didn't have to leave the sidewalk. The house is comfy, well decorated and super well stocked to meet all needs. We enjoyed the court location very much.
