Stayed Jan 23, 2026Comfortable stay at this cute historical bungalow close to UofA . It was walking distance to everything and we didn’t need a rental car to enjoy great restaurants and the entertainment district. Will keep it on our list when visiting our student.

Stayed May 13, 2025The location is exceptionally close to UofA. The house is very charming and has nice old-world details. It is comfortable for 2 people, but it is small. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay. It has the quirks of a 100-year-old house, but it worked well for our visit but we love old houses. Time Market, a few blocks away, is a gem for lunch, coffee, beer/wine, snacks. The backyard is not completely fenced if you are bringing a dog. Communication was great.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Overall great stay. We could walk to everything we needed and it was a great central location for various Tucson activities and hiking spots, which was the main reason for our stay. Very close to the university and off-campus housing. We stayed during the week, but noise at night might have been too much on the weekend due to the campus proximity. Place was clean. There was an extra charge for some of the amenities that are listed as available, such as a pack n play.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025This was a great property owner to work with. Our concerns were minor, and shared the info with the owner. Would happily stay here again.

Stayed Mar 29, 2023Our stay in the casita was just what we wanted. It was close to U of A and in the historical residential district. The neighborhood was noisier than expected and I struggled a bit with the key-lock mechanism. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Stayed Mar 9, 2023This property is close to the University of Arizona, so there are restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. We used it as our base camp to explore Tucson. National Parks, botanical gardens, museums, art galleries - all easy to get to. It worked really well for the 2 of us. The house was clean and comfortable. Tucson was great. We’ll be back - still so much more to see.
