    Lots of space and great communication with the host. He was very responsive and quick to help us with any questions we had during our stay.

    Unfortunately, my stay at this property was far from ideal. The parking situation was very frustrating, with limited spots on the Sunday I arrived. Once inside, things didn’t improve much. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the bedsheet had some minor stains, which was pretty off-putting. The worst part? The power was cut off during my stay because the owner apparently forgot to pay the electric bill. This caused me a major inconvenience as I had to get ready for an appointment in the dark and shower with no hot water as the unit has a tankless water heater. I love the area of Dallas where this unit is located as there are so many great things to do within walking distance. However, I wouldn’t recommend this rental unless these issues are addressed.

    Very spacious and well-maintained unit inside with street parking and one car garage. Clean, welcoming, and well-equipped for stay. Outdoor area, especially walkway to front entrance and front patio in need of repairs and maintenance. Location is great. Host very responsive and professional. We had to contact him twice for minor things and he was immediately available and responsive to requests. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

    I had a fantastic time with my friends and family who came to visit and enjoy the property with me. It was a short walk away from several bars and restaurants. And a short drive to an even larger area of bars, clubs, and restaurants.

    House is a cozy home in a realativly quiet neighborhood. Home is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Just a few blocks away are tons of areas to eat, sit and enjoy a drink and take In the nice historic area. Property owner is easy to communicate with and very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area.
