A/C did not work with no response. Communication was terrible. Great place just service was terrible.

(side note they don’t use air mattresses anymore but rather cots that are smaller than quoted queen size air mattresses) Property was clean and had everything else we needed! We were however VERY disappointed with the condition of the pontoon we had for the cabin- it had no ladder which limited a couple of our guests not being able to get up into the boat from the water, no depth finder for fishing and avoiding rocky areas, seats were torn up, horn did not work which is a safety concern, and finally the whole radio panel piece was completely torn out. I think it’s insane to charge the same price for the cabin(s) that have much newer pontoons with all of the bells and whistles the same price as those with very old dated pontoons. Had I known about this pontoon I very likely would not have booked this as we spend a lot of time out on the boat when we visit. A recycle bin would be nice to have for the cabins as well. Aside from the major disappointment with the pontoon, we had a great stay! We will definitely be back but will be sure not to stay at cabin 28 unless they get a newer pontoon boat.

Beds (especially upstairs bedroom) were terrible. Very hard to sleep. Get a few Casper mattresses cheap and easy to fix. They get delivered in a box. No, I don’t work for them or own stock it’s what I have at home:). Pontoon only went 18mph. Not that big a deal with pontoon but beds would stop me from renting again. Mostly that upstairs bedroom Had to switch for downstairs with son who was happy to take the master until he slept in it...

We were upgraded due to the fact that the hotel was getting a new roof next to the cabin we rented and no one else had rented the other cabins the same week. Setting was peaceful and much needed for stressed out management. Lol.
