HILTON HEAD. Great Sea Pines home with a wonderful view of the 3rd hole of Heron Point Golf Course. This 3BR, 2.5BA property features a living area with game table/extra seating for 4, a dining room with seating for up to 8, and a galley-style kitchen with custom cabinets, granite throughout, and stainless appliances. The entire back wall of this home offers sliding doors leading out to the patio with amazing golf views.

As you enter the front door, you will find all three bedrooms onthe left wing of the house. The master offers a king bed, TV, slider to the patio, and a private bathroom with a glass shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, TV, and a built-in bookshelf. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and a slider to the pool area out front. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hall. The den has a sleeper sofa with pocket doors.

Outside you will find a large screened-in porch with plenty of seating, beautiful long golf views, and a large pool with spa* surrounded by a privacy fence and courtyard. This property is located in the heart of Sea Pines and is just a one mile bike ride from Sea Pines Beach Club with easy access to the beach path, Heron Point Club House, Harbour Town and Lawton Stables.

**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September.

**Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Spa cannot be heated separately from pool and cannot be heated in the summer. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

    Overall a nice house and layout. Book selection is a blessing! Some of the outside chairs are rusted out and a liability. Pans need to be replaced for sure. Some areas are obviously outdated. Pool and lawn services did well. The TV in the MBR is kind of pathetic, super small. We were owners here for 13 years, so hope the feedback helps. With just a bit of upgrading, I think you could increase your rent and get more return visitors! Thanks for sharing your home.

    The house was adequate for our needs. However we had a couple of issues we were not happy with. One being having issues with the guest shower. Also we were a bit inconvenienced by having a tree being cut down during our stay. We had to move our cars from the driveway and fortunately we had kind neighbors who let us park in their driveway temporarily. I feel the tree could have been taken down when the house had no renters. We enjoyed our stay but probably would not rent again.

    Overall we had a great stay the kids loved the pool and the beach was about a mile away so it was close enough to walk the house itself is outdated but still ok. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the property. We checked into a foggy and overall dirty pool the trash wasn’t picked up from the property and the cleaning crew did not do a very good job of cleaning. We found trash laying around the house and we had to rewash the bedding. The beds are super uncomfortable ?? the showers are very outdated and kitchen is fully equipped with very old stuff. We ended up buying pans for ourselves. We found cockroaches or water bugs whatever they are around the house and all the toilets were clogged so we had to go unclog all of them. They were fairly quick to respond but slow to act. Trash was supposed to be picked up on sat but didn’t come til Monday. The pool wasn’t cleaned til Tuesday. Not sure I’d come back to this home but overall we tried and made it a great vacation before kids start school.

    This was our eleventh season wintering on HHI, our fourth season at 3 Red Maple. We love the ease of access to the amazing beaches, the temperate winter weather and the proliferation of wildlife on the island. Island Getaway is always prompt in responding to any needs we may have regarding the house and the property.
