Everything is good option for family

Decent house in a relatively quiet neighborhood, close enough to the night life yet far enough away to relax. Some things are dated or in need of minor repair, but it’s a good property all in all for the price.

Christina was great. She answered all my questions and got what I needed in minutes if there was a question about the property she answered back in a timely manner. Thank you for letting us stay, we enjoyed the pool and the space! Thank you!

The place itself was very clean and stocked with things for our stay. The lock at first is tricky but once you get the hang of it, then its easy. Would stay here again in the future.

Christina never sets to fail my family and I for our Vegas trips. This is our second time staying over and we couldn’t be happier with our booking. Communication was smooth and so was checking in. We only had one small issue with the bedding and not having enough room for all the guests but Christina was more than willing to accommodate and help us with that. We so appreciated your help. Pool was not heated I thought I paid for that

I stayed here for two nights with my family and mom and brother. The house is just outside of Vegas (15mins) so you can enjoy the strip then relax. The house was very clean and spacious, the pool was amazing and it located near CVS, Walmart, a shopping center and some great restaurants. The owner was amazing and extremely responsive and even recommended several restaurants.

I booked this place before it had any reviews about 4 months in advance, so admittedly I was a little worried that I was gonna be conned in some way, especially based off the price (which Vrbo lowers when a house is newly listed). I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see that the house had surpassed all my expectations. The living room and bedrooms were perfect for me and the 6 others that came with me, and the Uber rides to the strip were less than 15 minutes. As best man I was super stressed to make sure all our Vegas plans ran smoothly, and the comfort of this location made everything so much easier. Along with this, the owner was extremely communicative and accommodating, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a nice, cute place to have a weekend getaway near the strip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I booked this property for my birthday and couldn't be more satisfied. The hostess Christina was excellent, very responsive and extremely accommodating. I would def recommend this property to anyone!!
