3 Bedroom Townhome with Views Near The Village at Mammoth! Wifi!

It was great! Views are amazing. And the beds so comfy! Such a nice place to relax and really close to the center!

Convenient location, perfect for our stay.

Spotless unit upon arrival and the kitchen stocked with cookware and basic necessities. Also appreciated the ground coffee. the location is less than 5 min drive up the same road to Canyon Lodge. Convenient stroll or quick drive to the Village. Heat/ventilation was easy to adjust. Appreciate the responsiveness from the property manager. Very much enjoyed our stay - just wish we could've stayed longer.

Fully stocked kitchen as advertised. Coffee, filters and a good coffee machine get high ratings. Unit was clean except for the carpet. Seemed odd since there was a big remove shoes sign in the entry way. We took our shoes off anyway. Cable and wifi operated perfectly. Parkiing was easy to access. The wood pieces for the fireplace were to big to start, suggest splitting pieces in thirds. (I've had a potbelly stove for years for and could always start a fire with newspaper and kindling.) Couch was comfy. Nice deck and view.

The townhome was clean, quiet and in a great location. Contact with the management team was easy and friendly. Everything was fantastic and would definitely stay there again.

This rental was ok. Communication with the renter/owner or management of this property was not good. We didn’t get the information for the check in and instructions till 2 days before the actual arrival date. The listing does not state that the spa is away from the house and you actually have to walk down a few houses to get it to it. Throwing the trash away daily is the same thing. The trash bins are a distance away from the house. Not enough cleaning supplies were provided and since it was the weekend, we were unable to reach anyone for additional supplies. I don’t think the rental price for this location is worth it with all the issues that it comes with.

The house has all the amenities you need, with one exception, it lists that this is a washer and dryer, there definitely is not. Which was disappointing since I had a lot of children’s dirty clothes I was hoping not to bring home. But over all the house is large, clean, comfortable. Beautiful back deck view. Perfect location to walk to the village and Bluesapalooza. We definitely loved this home and would definitely come back.

Quiet, in the trees, no problem with parking yet we walked to the village! Beds were super comfy, loved the deck! We sat out there every evening. Very responsive manager. The whole family loved it!!

Easy to get to canyon.
