As a family of 4 we had a very comftable stay there was plenty of room for us all. The location was great for the beach & a local shop that sell's freash baked products daily! The complex that house is on also great not too over crowded & very well maintained. We all enjoyed our stay & would love to return again soon.
It has been a great stay. The house is very cosy within a very nice residential development. It is also 100 meters from the beach and 30 minutes walk from the town. I would definitely repeat if back in Denia.
There were 6 people visiting - 4 adults and 2 children. We all loved the house, it is really spacious but cosy at the same time. The kitchen is new and has the added benefit of a dishwasher & outside drying area. We all enjoyed eating on the patio area outside and it was great that the kids could enjoy the pool without having to run up and down stairs to get to it. The gardens and pool are immaculate - we have visited Denia 4 times now and all agreed that it is the best place we have stayed so far. The house has the added benefit of Sky TV, air con in the bedrooms/front room and WiFi (essential for siesta time!). The complex is situated in a really convenient location - over the road from the beach and shops, with some local bars and restaurants on the small strip. There is a really well stocked Spar store within a 1 minute walk and the bus stop to take you into Denia is right outside the gate. We loved our stay and hope to return again! Thanks for having us :-)
I stayed here with my boyfriend and his two teenage boys. The house was very spacious with a socialable open planned lounge dining room and a nice big patio table outside. The kitchen has been newly refurbished and is kitted out with everything you will ever need! The gardens are beautiful and extremely peaceful, we loved sitting in the sunshine overlooking the pool (which we basically had to ourselves) reading our books. It’s situated in a great location. With in walking distance there is a little supermarket and a few restaurants. We ate at two of these restaurants and service and food was excellent at both. The marina is a short drive away where there’s lots more bars and restaurants. Across the road is a quiet beach, if you walk for about 15 mins you get to some more restaurants and little shops. It was such a relaxing holiday and we didn’t want to come home!
We loved the house and urbanisation in particular the proximity to the beach, supermarket and local bars and restaurants. The house was clean and tidy and ready for our arrival. It was very hot so the air conditioning was essential. The beaches were lovely and clean and not overcrowded when we went in June. There were some great places to eat in Denia and we really enjoyed eating at both Marina's looking at the huge boats. Great place to have a holiday !!.
Our party consisted of a family of four and the property was perfect. The children (both 12) could choose between the pool (outside the back door) or the sea (3 minutes walk). The beach was clean and popular. In the evening there are a number of restaurants nearby (2 minutes walk) including Italian and Indian! The food was excellent although the service at the Italian was a little temperamental but it was still worth the visit. A short taxi ride away (10 Euro’s) is Denia. We visited the old and the new Marina’s and both offer excellent restaurants as well as being able to walk around the local shops and alongside the various boats. In short excellent accommodation in the perfect spot....not even hampered by the record temperatures!
We spent a very pleasant week here towards the end of July. The house is a good size (we were four adults), with a well laid out kitchen (looks quite new) and living space benefiting in part from (much-appreciated) air-con. The communal gardens and pool are beautiful and immaculately kept, in a quiet low-rise area. The location is excellent - five mins walk to the lovely beach, and a good size supermarket 2 minutes away, plus several restaurants nearby (shame we couldn't afford the Michelin 3* one right next door!). Primera Linea - about ten minutes away - was a great choice for our first evening meal, lovely outdoor tables shaded by trees and backing on to the beach - lovely food. We didn't attempt the walk into the centre of Denia, but it might be manageable at a cooler time of year; it was a quick drive in and parking's not a problem. The patio/terrace is spacious and west facing - nicely shaded all morning and til mid-afternoon. The addition of an awning (pretty much all the other properties have one) would extend its use with a bit more shade and make this place pretty much perfect. We may well come back!
Very nice comfortable house set in lovely gardens with a nice pool. The setting is very quiet and away from the main road. The house is a good size and bigger than the pictures suggest. Could be improved by curtains in the main bedroom . There are shutters however curtains would help to keep the light out. and by providing a cafetiere for those who like real coffee in the mornings. It is quite a long walk into town which might be a struggle for some in the heat, took us about 35 minutes each way. There are buses if you dont mind waiting. All in all we had a really nice holiday and would definately recommended this property.
The house is a lovely home from home full of modern conveniences and certainly in a better condition than a lot of apartments and houses we have stayed in before. Clean and tidy and newly decorated. The urbanisation is quiet and the gardens and pool immaculate, located on the coast road so the beach it literally 5 minutes walk away as are a local supermarket and restuarant/bars. We loved Denia, exploring the old town and Castle especially tapas alley and the lovely restaurants. The two marinas are crammed with boats of all sizes from little dingys to huge super yachts and great for a lazy evening watching the world go by. It is exactly like Costa del Celebrity on the tv - in fact the Michelin stared restuarant QueQui Jacosta where Ainsley Harriet went is at the top of the urbanisation. Missing it already-we will return
April 9th to May 9th 2018. Excellent communication from the owner. Wi fi and English TV as promised. Great location for us, we enjoy walking, so a 20 minute walk along the beach to the outskirts of town was just right. We hired a car, good access to the beach, the motorway, the town, the Montgo which we enjoyed tremendously. The grounds and pool are immaculate in a quiet area. The property and furniture is of a very traditional Spanish type so the living room only has a small window and could feel quite gloomy. The owner has started to update the property and when it is finished it could be very nice. A few little negatives, the kitchen needs more utensils, a new kettle, spare lights/batteries are a must, sunbed needs attention a few other little bits. As with everywhere there were mosquitos/ants but it would help if the external doors sealed to keep them out. Generally an enjoyable stay.
