Stayed Sep 20, 2021Stayed three nights in September. The property is well situated about two miles from Boston town centre and there is a dedicated free parking space outside the front door. Property was clean and well maintained throughout and there is a toilet downstairs with a bath and shower upstairs. There is a small garden at the back with a washing line. Very comfortable for three to four people. The only small niggles were that part of the toaster was broken and the shower height adjustment was also broken. Apart from these small inconveniences it was very comfortable and nice quiet location.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Fair to say that the property is very tired, particularly the kitchen, however it served a purpose and was perfect for a wedding where we needed somewhere to arrange flowers and finish a cake.Make sure you park in the correct parking bay or face the wrath of a neighbour like I did.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023We had a great nights stay in the old dairy. I could do with a lick of paint here and there but all was great in terms of space, generally clean, location.
