“I was in Tampa for a conference that was downtown. Instead of staying at the conference hotel, I got a rental car and stayed here. It was great! The house was very clean and had a nice backyard with a hot tub, which was nice to have some easy outdoor time before/after conference activities. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was great as I am a light sleeper. It also was walkable; in 15 minutes I was able to walk to the bayshore walkway along the water for some exercise one day. Hot tub was one of reasons we rented. Had leaves in bottom. Our test strips read no -sanitizer and very hi ph. We didnt use it. Inside clean. Outside little shady looking. Suggest fake grass in front. Backyard not appealing. Master bath tiny. No dishwasher but expected to clean dishes. Didnt ues many because no dishwasher and dont trust people before us to sanitize. High extra fees for this booking. Enjoyed our time but wouldnt stay here again.

This house needs some work. I try to not be negative BUT it is way overpriced for what you get. Lighting was awful. No outdoor lighting for night. No lighting in closet or hallway with laundry. The floor going into the master is a huge liability fall factor. There is a big step down with no markings. The water pressure is so low it truly is hard to take a shower. The hot tub was not usable because we had no clue if it was clean or not. There was not a broom or a mop anywhere. There were literally 2 wash rags for a 6 person house. There were zero dishrags or dishwasher. So that made it difficult to hand wash dishes used. I ended up using the only 2 hand towels that were meant for the bathroom. The sofa is smelly. I had several issues trying to get into the house but my my phone calls were quickly answered. The master bed was comfortable. The floors in the house are falling apart. I just feel for the amount that is being charged, it should have been really clean, nice and have light where you could enjoy the evenings outside. It really was not a good stay. I’m just trying to give constructive criticism. But on a serious note…someone is going to get hurt going into the master bedroom and closet if you do not mark it. That is a huge liability. No signs no markings….the floor just flows like it’s a flat surface and it’s not. The lighting is so poor you just can’t see good. It would have been nice to have a regular size coffee pot, I had to buy one.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969

We just stayed here and our trip was amazing. You are about 45 min to Clearwater beach and so many other wonderful beaches. Also very close to Downtown Tampa. We had to extend our stay last minute not once but twice and we had such a fast response and they helped us out for that. I would recommend this home to anyone. The yard was perfect for our children and dogs. And it was nice to relax in the hot tub. :)

This home was in a great location with access to many things in S. Tampa. Clean and well-maintained, with everything needed for both short and long-term stays. Luz was helpful offering to assist with anything we needed as we looked for longer term housing. Would highly recommend!
