Meanwhile, the second bedroom, enclosed by a beautiful sliding barn door, offers a twin bed, ample storage space, access to the patio and pool, and a private workspace equipped with high-speed wifi. Bedroom three boasts a luxury full-sized bed and ample storage.

Refresh and rejuvenate in our bathrooms stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shared bathroom offers a toilet, sink, mirror, and tub/shower combo, while the private bathroom in the second bedroom boasts a toilet, sink, mirror, and walk-in shower.

Our fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Although this home is located in a great location, we do recommend renting a vehicle during your stay, or utilizing ride-share services as destinations in Florida can be spread out.

We stayed for a week to move our daughter to university of Tampa. The house was very close to campus and a short drive to stores( target and Walmart) so we could easily get supplies. The house was very clean and comfortable. The dinner recommendations were helpful and we enjoyed every restaurant we visited. The fenced yard was great for the dogs. The neighborhood was quiet.

Nice place to chill at the pool. We came to visit our son and although he lives a half a mile away, he stayed with us and the three of us had plenty of space. The house is well stocked (bath, bed, and kitchen). Host is very responsive for anything you need. Can walk to a lot of things - including the greenway at MacDill AFB. We’ll stay here every time we come to visit. Bocelli’s Modern Italian and Salt Shack are close and we enjoyed those very different, but great, restaurants.

We loved our stay! Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the backyard and pool area and hang out spot outside were awesome and definitely exceeded our expectations! The pool was lovely and SO CLEAN - that was really appreciated! We could tell the host went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Comfortable living room hang out area, nice kitchen, driveway to park in. Neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Great location to be in as far as the greater Tampa area - close to the Gandy Bridge to head to the beaches. We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much, we loved it, it couldn't have been any nicer, and affordable too.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this lovely property, as it serves our needs and is close to our family and friends. The house is very comfortable and clean along with being pet friendly. Easy to communicate w/ property manager & any questions were answered quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5, is (for our needs & preference) we like the kitchen provisioned with more choices/options (size options of pots/pans, serving spoons, etc.) as we do a lot of cooking & host couples/small dinner parties while visiting. It's not an issue, I have the other folks bring casserole dishes and borrow from friends. We did notice a Charcoal BBQ grill was added this year, although we did not have a chance to use it.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and my stay was amazing! Very quick responses from host to any question I had. Neat and clean property. Although it was too cold for me to use the pool, the outdoor patio was awesome and I spent most of my time there!
