3 Bedroom Retreat: Pet-Friendly, Close to Main, Hot Tub, Game Room, Fire Pit

The host was very quick to reply which was nice. The house was lovely. Had everything one would need to enjoy the stay.

We had a great time visiting Fredericksburg and the house was perfect! Very peaceful area yet close to Main Street. Beds were wonderfully comfortable, kitchen well appointed and plenty of room in the living area. House was spotless and that game room is very cool!! Host was quick to respond with any question we had. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely property! Would highly recommend!

The house is perfectly set up for a family or group of friends to get away and have fun! It has everything you need for your stay, and is clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

Had a little confusion at check in with entry code but host went above and beyond by crediting a little money back and they brought by a bottle of wine (very thoughtful), and threw the ball to our pup while we were out shopping when they came to change batteries in door lock

My family enjoyed our stay at the property. Front of house, backyard, bedrooms and toilets are pretty and clean. Appliances are well equipped for comfort staying. Video room is large. Didnt have time for bath tub. Will definitely recommend this property to others. Owner is super responsive. Everything is seamless. Thank u!

We had a wonderful time in Fredericksburg, staying at this particular location. The house was clean, festive, and had several things like the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and more we were able to enjoy with our kids! We would definitely like to return!

Very nice home located near the Main Street. My two adult daughters and 16 yr old climbed Enchanting Rock, which was both challenging and rewarding. Had a great time in the game room playing ping pong.

Everything from the cleanliness, location, bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub, game room - everything was AMAZING! I didn’t even realize the game room was a detached building from the actual house in the backyard! My family spent an evening playing ping-pong and corn hole all together in an air conditioned room which was AMAZING. Especially with it being so hot outside in August. 1 million percent would stay here again! The hosts even let me check in early which was so nice because we had reservations at 2pm at a winery so we were able to drop off our things instead of driving around with them all day!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for my birthday weekend with friends. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. The backyard was very cute and the location was convenient to downtown Fredericksburg. Would stay again!
