Stayed Feb 1, 2024The property was easy to get to. The property had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable! All the cooking needs one may have were met! We were there a month and hated to leave.i would definitely go back. The host was very pleasant and responsive if we had any questions. It was not warm enough to use the pool but we sat outside on the patio furniture and were very comfortable and enjoyed that throughout the day. Had never been to Lake Havasu city and enjoyed exploring it and other places. Enjoyed the view of the lake and mountains from the house. Enjoyed patios front and back as each had sun or shade depending on time of day. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Stayed Mar 16, 2022This was a great property with a lot of attention to detail. Comfortable home for 6 adults. Very nice backyard setting. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a propane fire pit, but no propane tank for it.
