A very cozy warm beautiful place to enjoy with the family. State parks are near the area.
We had a great family gathering. Just needed more snow.
Great location -we had a little trouble getting in, but it was super clean and just as pictured. I would highly recommend.
I like the house with a laminate floor instead of carpet. It makes it more cleaner and allergy free. However, the layout is average. There is no bathroom in the main level. There is no ceiling light in one of the bedrooms in the lower level. It has only one table lamp so it was very dark. I am not sure if the bedsheets were cleaned before us because they were a bit dirty. Also, there is no hair dryer in the house so after we washed our hair, we had to air dry on our first day. We had to buy a hair dryer close by. If we have known, we would have bring one instead. The hot water was not warm enough for shower, particularly when the dish washer was washing the dishes, we had to wait until it finished before we can take a shower, otherwise the water was cold. However, the property manager/owner is very nice and extremely responsive. We really like her about that. When we have question, she accommodated and responded very quickly.
The place was VERY clean and beds were comfortable. We loved the close access to the ski slopes and everyone had a great time. The owners were wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. All agreed that this is the place we want to rent next year.
The place that we stayed was nice for the family. It took a while to heat up the house but we enjoyed the stay. It was convenient as we skied onto the slopes. No need to drive once you’re there.
Had a great time
The place was dirty and not freshly clean. There were spiderwebs on the windows and underneath the tables and, bugs and ants in the unit. The walls were dirty, the blinds were dirty, under the kitchen sink was filthy. The appliances were dirty too. The bedsheets, pillowcases and blankets had a bad smell. The tv in one room did not work and there was no socket to plug the tv. The water pressure for the shower was terrible. There was no food pantry to put the food away. We could not use the pool unless we picked a date & time. This was never told to us. For the amount of money I paid to rent this unit was not worth it at all. We were not happy at all and had to make the best of it. Definitely will Never rent this place again. We rather stay in a hotel next time.
The unit was very cozy and had everything we needed. We planned a couple of day trips but the weather wasn't the best. My kids were able to utilitize the community center which was great. The owner was very accomodating and easy to reach. She was very responsive and pleasant and I was very appreciative of that. I have rented units there in the past and this one was by far the most convenient. We were steps away from the car which made loading and unloading faster during the pouring rain and less than a 5 minute walk to the community center. Overall, we had an amazing time and stay!
Not well maintained. Terrible furniture.
Couldn’t be a better location—just steps from the slopes. Casey was friendly and responsive. The only upgrade the place needs is a gas fireplace.
