We invite you to enjoy our home away from home in central Florida. Our 3 bedroom (plus office) 2 bath home in North Lakeland is only 40 minutes from Disney and about 30 minutes from Tampa. We are close enough to enjoy all the fun things to do in central Florida but out of the traffic and chaos of the larger cities.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Nice layout and comfortable home. Host was responsive. Took a few days to resolve an issue with WiFi and a few other amenities need repair, but overall a very nice stay and we would book again.

Stayed May 24, 2024Place not as clean as stated. Low in supplies such as detergent toilet tissue. Rusty washer dryer. Found 4 roaches in the house. Dish washer left dishes dirty. Dishwasher pods were hard as rock. Greasy microwave filter House dated. Other rentals in area were updated for the same price.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023We stayed at this home for two weeks. Great quiet neighborhood and a great location for anything you would need. The property owner is very accommodating and promptly answers all calls and texts. The home was a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the stay.

Stayed May 23, 2023The house had everything we needed and more. It was so nice to have a nice selection of spices available, dishes, etc. in the kitchen. The house was clean and well maintained. Close to everything we needed. Could not have asked for anything more.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022We have rented this house for several years over the holidays. It is so nice to have our own home while there visiting our daughter, son-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters. Although we spent a lot of time at their house, it was so fun for us to be able to have Christmas Eve at our house! We also got to have a sleepover with the girls one night. Such a treat for grandparents who live in Ohio! The owner is amazing and SO helpful. We needed a slight date adjustment and she helped us out without any issues. Also, unfortunately I had to visit the E.R. during my stay, but Lakeland Regional is right around the corner.
