3 Bedroom - Pickleball paddles, bike stands - near bike path and State Park

We stayed in this terrific property for a month in March/April 2024. We were extremely pleased with the property and with our stay. This property was completely redone in 2022 with a great deal of care and attention, and then finished with top quality furnishings and supplies. Everything seems very new and well thought out for extended stay renters. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, from a French press coffee maker, a portable milk frother, excellent quality beds and linens, a very well-equipped kitchen, food items, spices and cooking supplies you might need upon arrival, or in a pinch, yard games and chairs, pickleball supplies, bike rags and cleaning supplies, a portable fire pit, and easy Roku TV streaming, among many other things. The location is great for walkers and bikers with easy access to Tucson’s incredible dedicated bike paths as well as a walkable nature reserve (old golf course) a block and a half away. The only item we would add would be a patio cover or backyard umbrella table. The host is very helpful, professional and responsive. We can’t recommend this property highly enough - if it fits your needs and interests, I’m sure you will be as delighted as we were.

3 of us stayed here visiting family for over a week. The location was great, check-in was probably the easiest that I've experienced at any VRBO. The internet worked well, there were plenty of tv apps, and the appliances worked well. The beds are high quality but they're very firm, way too firm for me, and after one night's sleep my back was not doing well. I contacted the property management and they responded very quickly and kindly to my concerns. Within a few hours they had delivered pillow-tops for the main mattress. We were very impressed with the care that they took. I recommend the property.

The house was a perfect fit for us. We are avid cyclists, and this home was well positioned to take advantage of the Tucson area’s many bicycle trails or on street bike lanes. The Catalina State Park is within a few minutes of the house and offers many hiking opportunities. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with many options for walking. The kitchen was well appointed for our cooking needs. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owners. The house came with an exercise room complete with Apple TV to steam your workout apps. Although we didn’t take advantage (visiting from OR so we had to take full advantage of the good weather) of it there was a Wahoo Kicker/Zwift setup plus yoga mats and weights. Would highly recommend this property.

The home was very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed a comfortable bed and bright white sheets and towels. Kitchen had all we needed to cook and everything was in good condition. Our family got started every day with the French press coffee. The owner checked in via email a couple times. Our first time to Oro Valley and we will go again!

Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Location is great, easy drive to hiking, shopping and the community center. If you like pickleball, great play at the community center $5.00 drop in fee. MBR bed super comfortable and the host was very easy to work with. We loved Tucson. We would recommend this house!
