Welcome to Villa Es Claper, which is located close to the beach and creates a very special atmosphere. The delicate property, painted in bright white and also fitted with white shutters, has the charm of a charming fisherman's house. The design of the garden, with its gnarled, raised trees, colourful Mediterranean flowers and impressive lemon trees, creates a particularly picturesque ambience. They characterise the image of a rural property with an urban flair. There are numerous seating areas scattered throughout the property. At the rear entrance there is a terrace shaded by bamboo. Next to it is the dining area with light-coloured polyrattan furniture under a maritime awning. A cosy seating area by the brick barbecue is a must in a well-equipped holiday home, as are the sun loungers for afternoon siestas. And if you want to enjoy a cup of coffee on your own, go out onto the terrace in front of the house, which is furnished with wicker furniture, and enjoy waking up with a view of the relaxed neighbourhood in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Incidentally, we particularly recommend this beautiful house in the low season, when it is quieter and the Mediterranean still provides a wonderfully mild climate.



Inside, this villa is a wonderful example of how less can often be more. What do you need to spend quality time with family and/or friends Essentially, exactly what Es Claper has to offer. Namely a living room with a cosy fireplace where you can spend a pleasant evening watching a film when the time comes that you can't spend the whole day outside. The dining area is integrated into the cosy living area. A fully equipped, modern kitchen is a must, as you have deliberately opted for self-catering. This means that cooking and preparing meals is a shared experience and not a burden. The kitchen has a direct connection to the terrace, making the walk from the kitchen to the outdoor dining area short and easy. Finally, we come to the bedrooms: there are a total of three rooms with double beds or two single beds. Bright rooms, discreet decoration and plenty of storage space promise a comfortable place for privacy and a restful night's sleep. The bathroom with walk-in shower is designed in a purist, trendy style, with a concrete-look washbasin and coral-red mosaic on the floor, which forms the perfect contrast to the light-coloured wall tiles. An alternative is the outdoor bathroom, which shimmers in various shades of blue and also has a toilet and a walk-in shower.



Close to nature and the beach, urban yet rural is the best way to describe the location, even if it sounds almost contradictory. The great thing about the location of this fantastic villa is that it is so wonderfully close to the sea. It is only 1.8 kilometres from the vibrant coastal town of Cala Ratjada, yet is secluded and offers the benefits of village life. The former fishing village of Sa Pedruscada is largely an area with low population density and plenty of greenery. The village, which belongs to Cala Ratjada, is located between the beaches of Platja de Son Moll and Font de sa Cala. Especially in the low season, you can combine a walk to breakfast with a short diversions to the beach. Just look out over the beach, take a deep breath and enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate. You can do your shopping either in the village, which is within walking distance, or at one of the lively markets in the nearby medieval towns of Capdepera and Artà.
