You can go back and forth to the beach all day and then sit and relax on the south facing porch in the afternoon watching the sun set. This adorable cottage features 3 bedrooms with new queen size beds, an openliving room and kitchen and one bathroom. The house is fully stocked with dishware, pots, pans and everything needed for your vacation. The driveway fits two cars for off-street parking. You can't beat the location of this classic, no-frills cottage. There is a gas grill and charcoal grill located out back that is shared with the house in the back. Come enjoy Hampton Beach as you park your car and walk for the rest of the week to everything you need just steps from your door.

This house was updated in September of 2018. There is a new kitchen, all new appliances, dishwasher, new cabinets, granite tile countertops, and island with 5 seats. The floors are new laminate throughout. There are 2 new couches and coffee / end tables. There is on-demand hot water so no issues with running out of hot water to shower. The bedrooms have new flooring, new queen size beds and new dressers. There is free wifi and a smart TV.

This house sits on the front of a property with two other houses in the back. The driveway is shared with one of the houses in the back and has two dedicated spaces for this house. We do not include sheets or towels. There are comforters and pillows for you to use. We also do not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to respect our house and leave it as they found it. This is not a hotel. When you leave, we expect our renters to sweep the floors and vacuum out the sand. Please leave the refrigerator empty and clean and wipe down the countertops and bathrooms. If you are looking for 5 star service, please look elsewhere. This is a nice, clean, updated cottage that we enjoy in the summer and rent our to other families to enjoy as well. If you are looking for a great location, a great front porch and are respectful people who will care for our house, we would love to have you stay and enjoy Hampton Beach.
