3 Bedroom House ... Wonderful Front Porch - Great Location!

Great spot close to everything parking was tight next time Id bring the car not the truck. Very comfortable loved the open kitchen and living room area great for hanging out inside.

House was clean and cozy. We found the beds to be comfortable. Location was great!Only issue we had was not being able to get the tv to work. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

This house is set in the perfect location! Just steps from the beach & shops. The house was decent considering there is no cleaning service. You have to rely on the previous occupants and their level of cleanliness. The livingroom rug had some sand in it, and there was sand on the floors throughout. But it's the beach! The host had cleaning supplies to use, but I brought my own. The bedrooms were small but worked. They had mattress protectors on all the beds, but those were stained. We had one of our own to use. The bathroom was also small but functional. The water in the shower couldn't keep a consistent temperature. It goes goes from scorching hot to ice cold with out touching the knob.There was internet and tv, but it was a poor connection. The front porch was our entertainment. We enjoyed our time at the wolverine house, and would definitely stay again!

Cottage was larger than expected. Plenty of seating for comfort and meals. Steps to Ocean Blvd and the beach. Can't beat the location! Had a great time and would definitely book again.

House is as advertised. Owners shared all the House info and check-in early and it was an easy check-in. We've stayed here meany times and always enjoyed it. Great location. Close to the Boardwalk, near the Playground and the Seashell Stage. Near our favorite Restaurants and The Casino Ballroom. Will be coming back next year for sure.

Property was so easy and convenient to the beach, playground and boardwalk. House was cute. We used the grill out back and enjoyed sitting on the porch people watching. My only suggestion for people like myself is to bring extra fans. Each room had box fans. We were there during a hot muggy week. I definitely would highly recommend staying here!!

The place was not as clean as it appeared in the ad. The bathroom was nasty. I cleaned it before we used it. I took the rugs out as they were so dirty. The ac was not powerful enough for the heat wave we had. The fridge leaked water all over and we had to buy ice to prevent our food from spoiling. We had to keep mopping up water from the fridge. The fans in the bedrooms were very dirty and one was broken and fixed with duct tape.

Great location you can see the beach from the porch. Owner’s communication was A and super nice and there was plenty of space for our family. We got there super late due to a graduation and they accommodated us on Sunday. Nice grilling area in back And plenty of kitchen tools and cleaning supplies.Things I wish I knew that might be helpful to the next person:Do not park on the street even if there’s an open spot. We got there late Friday night. There should’ve been 2 spots on the left but the first car in on the right did not leave enough space for us to pull forward so we could only fit 1 car. but I thought, what luck, there’s an open spot in front along the road so no big deal. It was dark and I didn’t see the residents only sign a block away. I ended up with a 100 parking ticket.The refrigerator is not full size so don’t think you can fit an entire weekend worth of stuff in it for the family. Plenty big enough for a lot though.The shower is hot and cold even if no one flushes. Not a big deal we managed just fine just thought a pre warning might help others to be prepared not to scream lol.It’s Hampton beach and there are a lot of colorful characters, especially at night. So if a couple of drunks complain your daughters are taking a selfie in their way on the sidewalk as we just arrived…just move out of their way and mind your business hahaha!! All in all a great family weekend and cute house, even if it rained most of the time!

Spot is reasonably priced and in a great location central to Hampton Beach. Communication was prompt, and check-in/out was easy. Large open living area with kitchen and all needs, with (3) bedrooms along rear of house. Would recommend if you need a spot to stay in Hampton!

Well first off it was dirty comforters dried food on them no sponges / paper towels wasn’t vacuumed well we definitely left it cleaner than when we arrived I guess I just expected a little more not 5 star but maybe 3 and for us it was not

stayed for the Seafood Festival. Great location and will stay again next year

Wonderful property, located 1/2 block from the beach. Well stocked with pots/pans/etc. There is a convenience store very close. Clean and tidy. Wonderful value!

Cute little summer cottage! It was clean when we arrived. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. We had great neighbors. The bathroom/shower is real small but it works. I did notice there are extention cords in the main room to accomodate basic amenities but it wasnt a problem. The porch was a great place to hang and meet people passing by. I would stay again!
