Stayed Jul 25, 2025This was the worst experience I've ever had with any rental housing company. Avoid at all costs.The house was completely filthy and not ready for us. Used, smelly clothes, towels, and garbage were found in the rooms and closets. None of the beds were made. The kitchen had trash and dirty dishes in and around the sink. The bathroom was dirty with used towels and wash cloths. There were not enough clean towels available. There were cigarette ashes and a broken lighter found in one of the rooms, with dirty clothes and garbage tossed around. The backyard had random trash on the ground and there's a broken (cracked) window to one of the bedrooms.The house has poor insulation and windows, they do not keep the outside road noise or heat from resonating throughout the house. The decor is a bit eclectic, with random figurines were placed in rooms and stylized pictures of animals hanging on the walls. One of the couches doesn't have any of its original back cushions.There was one attempted cleaning, however they refused to clean all the areas of the house. The cleaners tried to hide the dirty clothes and towels by throwing them in the closets. Garbage that was left out was later found shoved into bed crevices and underneath furniture.After multiple, daily attempts reaching out to the host and vrbo, our booking issues were never properly addressed. False promises by the Host and vrbo failing to support me was a huge letdown.
