Important Pool Information
​Pool system: Please do not remove the pool vacuum or tamper with equipment, as this can damage the pump.
​Heating (Nov 1 – March 31): Pool heating is available for an additional fee ($150 for the first 3 days + $10/day thereafter).
​Performance: We aim for 83-85°F+, but please note that if outdoor temps drop below 60°F or heavy rain is in the area, heater efficiency will decrease. Please let us know 3 days in advance so we can start the heater before your trip!

​We want you to feel at home the moment you arrive. We provide a starter kit including:
​Paper towels & Toilet paper
​Hand soap & Travel-sized toiletries
​Dish & Laundry pods
​Note: This is designed to last 1-2 days. If you want/need extra supplies, please message us before your stay and we will happily coordinate with our cleaning team!

Location and nearby activities

For all the golfers out there you are less than half a mile from Sherman Hills Golf club and the recent course to take social media by storm; Cabot Citrus Farms is within driving distance of less than 30 minutes away. Making it a smooth drive in the morning before your tee time!

• Croom Motorcycle Area is less than 4 minutes away, just around the corner.
• Hernando County Fairgrounds is less than 20 minutes away!
• Toward the front of the neighborhood just before you turn onto the boulevard, you have multiple restaurants and a local Dunkin'.
• Across the street is an convenience store for any essentials you may have forgot.
• Also a local Winn-Dixie for anyone that prefers to shop for their food on vacation and cook at the home!
• Travel to Disney is convenient as we’re located just off SR-50, making it a straight drive east into Orlando! (About a 1 hour & 10 minute drive)
