Nice older home.The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils needed. Had an initial problem with the front door lock but it was solved immediately. Had a problem with a toilet tank not filling and this too was resolved immediately. Day before we left it happened again. As there are two bathrooms was not a major problem. We have stayed here before and would stay again. The owner was extremely helpful as was his maintenance man.

This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all golf courses in Bella Vista, Bentonville, and Rogers. Took a day trip to Eureka Springs, which was only 45min to an hour away from Bella Vista. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this lovely home for 2 months (Jan/Feb) to escape our Minnesota winter for awhile. We live in the woods, too and enjoy seeing our wildlife, but we saw much more here! The deer were abundant and we found ourselves watching for them daily! We were delighted to have the attached garage and enough space for my husband's bikes repair station. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, small appliances and gadgets for just about anything you'd want to make! The bedrooms were comfortable and laundry facilities were quite handy. The house was tastefully decorated, though dated. The dishwasher worked but was quite old, with broken dish separators. We made it work fine. The fan in the guest bathroom did not work, but again, all was fine. The neighborhood was very friendly - met many people outside on my walks and they were quick to start or engage in a conversation. The property's location was nice for my husband to pick up a bike trail straight from the house without having to load up a bike on a vehicle. Grocery store, gas station, pharmacy and a few fast food places very close by. And if you stay as long as we did during the winter, check out the Bentonville Community Center if you find you need to get your fix for some exercise. It's a great facility and for us was not expensive. We'd stay here again.

We have been VRBO members for many years and this may have been the cleanest house we ever rented. The homeowners made everything easy and comfortable. Communication was great, very clear and quick responses. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and family. We hope to use this home again. Thanks for a great stay!!

I couldn’t be happier with the house. It has kind of an old school cabin feel that reminds me of a house I grew up in. The house was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again.

It was better than listed. ALL the beds are comfy. The deck was perfect for spending time outside anytime of the day. The blackout shades allowed the little ones to sleep in. Very quiet neighborhood.

We were in town for a week of exploring NWA and to participate in the Little & Big Sugar bike races. We loved the house the deck and the location. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was comfortable, convenient and very clean. Deck and living area was relaxing and set up in a manner that made visiting easy. Kitchen very well equipped and next time I will take advantage of cooking. The beds were great - everyone was well rested with no aches and pains in the mornings. Already have plans to visit next spring.

I come to Bella Vista several times a year to visit and take care of some things for my elderly mother. I loved this place. The owners were amazing, keeping in contact making sure all my needs were met. Its just a five minute drive to the grocery store, bike shop / coffee shop and any other necessities. Highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again. Thank you!
