If unfortunately rained most of our trip, but the house was extremely quiet and cozy and had everything we needed. Close to the beach. Would definitely book again and hopefully get nicer weather next time!
Cute house well appointed. Exactly as listed. We really enjoyed it!
Marla’s home is such a beautiful house with huge backyard. The 3 bedrooms provide enough space for 3 adults. Thanks Marla for having us in your home :-)
I have rented many houses on VRBO as well as other apps and never had any issues before. I rented this house after reading the positive reviews but it was nothing like what was written!!! The house was full of dog hair, crumbs in the utensil draws, Cobb webs in the bathroom, on the lamps as well as the bedroom. I tried to use the vacuum but the hose was so full of dirt & hair it was unusable. There was an electric broom, which I had to clean in order to use it. Besides all the issues with the interior of the house, the driveway was so overgrown with trees every time we pulled in the branches scratched our car. We had numerous problems with the television, which the renter did acknowledge and came to try to fix a few times. I wrote an email stating all my issues to the renter, she hardly acknowledged it. I am writing this only for the purpose I wouldn’t want someone else to spend the considerable amount of money this house cost and have to deal with what we did.
We had a great time enjoying all Hampton Bays had to offer! We didn’t spend all that much time at the house, but everything was comfortable & really clean. Marla was a great host & answered our questions really quick. Was a fun week, thanks!
We stayed here in June for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. The property was as listed. It is nicely secluded so you felt the privacy, which was a plus. It was a short drive to most places, including wineries in the North Fork.
Would rent again
House was clean and fenced in backyard was great for the dog!! Marla the property manager was very helpful and responsive.
Marla is a great hostess. The house was great. Only one bathroom but with the amazing outside shower is was ok. The Hampton’s have a really big tick problem and it was a little stressful.
Very nice place to stay. Clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood but close to beach and town. Marla was an excellent host and made sure all our needs were met.
My husband and I just got back from our stay and we brought my toddler and my dog. Pros: -House close to some good restaurants like Cowfish and Rumba and Ponquogue Beach -House was clean and it was an easy check in - check out process. -Beds / pillows were pretty comfortable. -Nice having a private yard Cons: -Some neighbors decided to have a party the last night which made it difficult to go to bed. Marla was nice enough to try to get them to turn down the music. -Air conditioning unit is only in the living room. It was generally fine but not what we were expecting at check-in.
Plenty of beds for big groups and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans. Marla is a great host and quick to respond! Would definitely stay again!
The home was located in a prime location, well kept home and had all the conveniences needed for comfortable stay
