3-bedroom Charming House in Fabulous Marietta Great Backyard, quiet and relax!!

House as pictured. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood, fenced backyard great for dog.

Host kept me informed in a timely manner from the beginning. Facilities were perfect for what we needed. We attended my nephew's graduation from Kennesaw State and the house was less than ten minutes from campus. Great value for six people. Thank you!

The ice machine did not work.It would be nice to have a luggage rack or something to put suitcase/bag on in the bedroom. Other than that it was great.

This property was lacking in supplies especially the kitchen. No water or ice from fridge,1 dish clothe no coffee cups. Had to request bathtowels and they were in pretty rough shape.We still had a nice time and our host was very accommodating .

The property was just as described online. We had to stay while our home was having repairs done and wanted to be fairly close to home. The neighborhood was very quiet but close to nearby stores which was great. Property was clean and the yard was perfect for our dogs who loved sitting outside and playing all day in the sun. Fernando was very attentive and checked in several times to make sure we were doing okay during the stay. It was perfect for what we needed and ate very grateful they we so accommodating of our pups too. Thank you!!

All houses need to be like this one. Everything was on point!!

The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home was clean and comfortable. The sheets were of higher quality and not cheap or scratchy. The kitchen had pots and pans to cook meals with and there was enough plates and silverware that we did not need to run the dishwasher daily. They had a nice set of cooking utensils too and high quality toilet paper.

The location was perfect! We travel a lot due to AAU and disappointing stay given the reviews and photos. Property photos just as seen BUT the condition was not even close. Please beware of the additonal guest charge on top of the nightly charge. No attempt to make right and host simply saying I should've said something when I booked. Then add soiled carpets, soiled couch, poor mattress in master (purchased a topper), no iron (purchased but host did drop off a used one), 4 old washcloths (purchased sponges), one blackout curtain in master, fridge not fully functioning (had to toss food), had to wipe out washer just to use, no keypad so had to use keys, no trashbags, hand soap and the list goes on. You could literally feel the springs on the master bed but host states it was new (see photo). Definitely not worth the money spent for 4 nights of unrest.

This was a very nice home with a fenced in yard for our fur babies. We even grilled out on their Weber grill which was a nice addition. we would definitely stay again!!!

We lived in Marietta most of our lives but moved to Idaho last year. This was our first trip back to Georgia as visitors and we wanted to make sure we found a place to stay close to family. This 3-bedroom house was the perfect size for my wife, myself as well as her brother and nephew. Conveniently located and updated amenities. Check in/out process was seamless and Fernando was very communicative. Would be happy to stay there again for our next trip to Georgia.

House was just like the pictures. Beds all slept well, The master bathroom had a great shower and the pressure was very nice. Had to look for some bath towels, found some in the dryer. Driveway was a bit tricky but pulling in the garage helped.

A beautiful house, perfectly maintained, in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!! Five stars!
