Great property and location, hope to stay again.

We had a pleasant stay. Nice and clean house.

Clean and well maintained property in great location.

The house was a very comfortable place for our family to enjoy our stay in the Lake Tahoe area! There was plenty of room for us all together in the living room and dining room and prepare meals in the kitchen. The kids had fun in the backyard, which was huge! And it was a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. An area that would enhance our stay next time is newer/updated sheets for the beds and a new mattress on the full size bed upstairs. Overall, we’d definitely stay again.

Spacious and relaxing for four adults. All the comforts of home. Michelle the manager communicated well. Wonderful to sit on back or front decks and take in the forested area in morning, sipping a hot beverage. Great location and, for most part, quiet neighborhood, except for the nearby neighbor who insisted on banging on his roof until sundown each night, and the next door neighbor lady who decided to talk loudly outside around 2am one night (note: if you're somewhat allergic to animal dander, don't pet her dog - immediate hives). Not sure prop mgmnt folks can control that. Also, know there's little soundproofing between 1st and 2nd floor, so those below can hear most sounds from 2nd floor directly above. Overall, it worked fine for our group. Would stay again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yard was overgrown, tall grass, weeds. Inside was ok, had to air out it smelled old & musty. Was told there were ceiling fans in each room, wrong!! Only one small box fan for both floors and house was unbearably hot upstairs. Glad we only had a 4 day stay. Beds were comfortable, nice patio set, plenty of sofas for seating.

We came up for a weekend with friends. The house is super clean. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Neighbors were nice. Communication with the property managers was excellent! Could not have asked for more.

We booked our 4th of July weekend stay 3+ months in advance. Upon check-in, we found the rental to not quite meet what we felt was presented in the photos for the following reasons… - The yard was not maintained - Several rows of roof shingles were missing over the from door and several hanging off the front of the house, not a good impression when we arrived :( - Plus nextdoor neighbor property super sketchy - The back deck was completely demolished with random construction gear in the yard, leaving no comfortable 4th of July patio grilling/seating. Big bummer. Unfortunately, it was not comfortable to spend time outside of the cabin due to unkempt yard. The front deck was not inviting, a few dusty plastic chairs and no other furnishings. One week before our arrival, there was a quick mention of back demo in email. Nothing we could do at that point on a holiday weekend! - Thick cobwebs in the beams above the bed in the master, felt dusty/dingy upstairs. Surprisingly, zero lake towels provided nor any useful items for a day at the lake, such as a cooler, umbrella, etc. Not having to buy these sorts of things (for family travel) SHOULD be a perk of staying at a rental home versus a hotel. A fan in each room would go a long way in the summertime as this property does not have A/C. We found 1, but there are 3 bedrooms. All beds comfortable, except the full in the 2nd room upstairs (too hard). Small investments by the owner would make this rental much better. Thx!
