Cottage with guest house in Valleviken. In the village there is a summer restaurant and a beach with a jetty. 2 km from the house is Furillen, an island with a bridge, because on it was once mined lime. In the old factory buildings is now a hotel and in the summer a restaurant. In Lergrav you will find an impressive area of rocket. The highest one has the name Modonna with child. In the fishing village you can buy smoked flounder, sit on one of the bridges and enjoy the peace and quiet. NorraGotland is home to several former limestone quarries with swimming lakes. If you don't want to have sand between your toes all the time while swimming, take a swim in one of these lakes. In Rute you will also find the nature reserve Bräntings Haid with a rich flora (sand thyme, buttercups, thistles) and the bird species woodlark and nightjar. You are not allowed to bring pets to the guesthouse. Visby 52 km.
