3 bedroom, 3 bath ranch style home with large pool - close to beautiful beaches

House was very clean, pool was nice, had everything you needed at the house. Very close to beaches and shopping, been in this area many times, quite a few good restaurants near the ocean. No complaints, other than having to come home.

The house is as described. Very clean and the pool is nice. Everything was great except for 3 out of the 4 beds. The king bed in the master was fine but the mattress on the other beds needs replacement. You could feel the springs and they were just not comfortable. The internet also dropped often which wasn’t super important to us. Good location and the host was available for any issues.

The house was cute and check-in was easy, the pool was clean. We had a few issues with our stay like finding a couple large dead bugs laying around and no hot water in one of the showers. The host was quick to answer and offer a solution but we felt it should have been taken care of previous to our stay. The bugs were unsettling to find but luckily we saw no live bugs in the house. The host said it was probably a water bug but looked like a cockroach to us.We also had no way of sending photos or contacting the host other than through Vrbo because the phone number an email sent through Vrbo would be hidden.

The house was nice, but the pool makes it. House could use a deep cleaning. The icemaker was broken, ownerwas very nice and sent repair people several times and said it was fixed but it made 4 cubes overnight. We decided to forget about snd bought some ice snd enjoyed the rest of our

The house was amazing. Clean and close to many stores and beaches. The pool in the back was so relaxing. Will definetly book again.

We really enjoyed our stay with our grandkids. House was exactly as advertised and the pool was very nice. Close to the beach and convenient to most all things. We had a great time and would stay again.

Large property with plenty of space. Located near amazing restaurants and beaches. Living room furniture was comfy. Looking forward to staying in the future.

The first thing we noticed when we walked into the house is how clean it smelled and looked. Check in process was a breeze. The pictures on this site don't give this house justice. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and someone even came out to clean it once while we were there as well. It's centrally located so a quick drive to pretty much anything you would want to do on vacation. We cooked alot and although it wasn't like home, there was enough dishes to get the job done. The only problem we had that is worth noting is the shower in the master bedroom. If you have any hair on your head, it's completely useless. The water pressure was near non-existent. Overall great, we would come back again.

Very clean place with plenty of beds, the pool is well worth having to entertain everyone and the covered cabana was a nice shady spot to relax in when the temps reached 90, we would definately consider renting this place again.

7 of us stayed in the house. Pros: Kids loved the pool.Lots of towels.The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Close to everything we wanted to do. Cons:Not enough garbage bags, paper towels, or dish soap-I had to purchase more. Only sheets on the beds, no heavy blankets. Back bedroom didn’t seem to cool down at all like the rest of the house. Back bathroom had outdoor access which was uncomfortable with not knowing if people would be in/out while using the bathroom. The smallest bedroom sleeps 3/4 people. That wasn’t conducive to the ages of children I have, so one child (8) had to sleep on the floor in the main bedroom. Overall, it was a good experience and was affordable. The minor inconveniences are easily solvable.

This house was a great find-don’t hesitate to stay here!

This property exceeds all expectations of what cleanliness and privacy should be.The house is located Close to the beaches and any other necessities you might need but also gives you the peace and serenity you need to have restful vacation!!

We had a great stay and would recommend these owners and their properties to friends and family. Host was very responsive to concerns (on Thanksgiving) and willing to send over repair people if needed.

When we arrived it felt like we were home. The home was perfect for our family gathering. The swimming pool was a bonus for us. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back again.

We loved staying at Sunrise Rock Retreat! House was so clean and all linens smelled so fresh! Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Enjoyed the pool and appreciated it was cleaned during our stay. Owner was very responsive to questions I had. Highly recommend- and if we return to the area would definitely rent again!

The house was great for our family, plenty of room for everyone to spread out when needed. The outdoor area with pool was a huge hit with our bunch. The neighbor was so quiet and neighbors were friendly. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice house, nice pool, plenty of places to sit outside in the back yard. 3 bathrooms (garage one perfect if you are out of the pool and a little wet still). My sister lives around this area so she carted us around and restaurants and stores are close.

Had an issue with air first night and the owner was on top of it and the rest of the week was absolutely wonderful! Great location and perfect layout for our family! Had everything we needed and worked wonderfully!
