Stayed Apr 20, 2024This second and third floor condo's location couldn’t be better! We like to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach from there, and this was the place for that! The condo is beautiful, spacious, very well furnished and clean. The owners were quick to communicate with us. There is a construction project going on in the complex, but there weren't many workers at any one time and it was not a problem for us. I think the downstairs neighbor is a full-time resident and smoked on his patio. We really enjoyed the views of the beach and listening to the surf!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We had our annual family beach vacation here and it was wonderful! It was clean and well taken care of! It was only a short walk to the beach! We loved having our own back entrance, as it was easier to get to and from the beach! Joan was very helpful and informative on procedures! Very quick response to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 4, 2022This is our 2nd year renting this condo from Joan and Richard. If you are looking for the best place to stay this is it! The location is great! You can't beat sitting right on the beach. The check-in process was super easy. We had all the information before we arrived. All we had to do was arrive and unpack. The condo is well furnished and very clean. There are many updates in the condo that make staying there great. Joan is very easy to talk to and will answer any question you have. We will defiantly be staying there again next year!
