3 bedroom 2 bathroom, pet friendly, ocean front duplex

Great views from the deck, and close to the water. This feels like an older beach cottage, with easy to clean areas and simple furnishings. The bedrooms aren't big like you'll find in new builds, but they worked just fine for us.

Great condo with easy access to the beach. The office was very responsive to maintenance needs that came up.

Apparently very clean..... mattress covers with a big yellow spot (???), or with dog hair. Dirty dishwasher. A couple of small cockroaches in the house. They should review and restore the set of pots. Currently the pots are only good for cooking a pan-fried egg. Excellent location and easy to reach beach

Mattresses were hard. No full length couch made it difficult to get comfortable. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose. Refrigerater had a lot of rust on the outside, but was clean on the inside. Windows need replaced, as the seals in the glass are broken, making it difficult to see the ocean from inside the house. The deck was very nice. The gates on the deck made it nice for sitting ouside with our dog. Just a few steps to the beach made it nice for quickly coming and going between the beach and the house. Not a luxurious place, and could definitely use some updates. But the price was good. So pick your preferences.

The only good thing about this listing the the ocean front, that is what saved us. Walked into dead roaches throughout, beds were disgusting-mattress pads were brown and dingy—could not sleep in 4 of the beds as they had already been slept in and dirty—-bugs in between mattress and boxsprings shower curtain smelled bad and was stained has to buy shower curtain for the week. Cleaned for 2 hours before we would bring our clothes inside. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Hairballs throughout house. Refrigerator’s are $200 please replace. Microwave had been used and was dirty. Could not use ANY of the dishes pots and pans. Happy 30th Anniversary to me and my husband.

There were so many problems with this property we didn't stay here and asked for our money back. We were accommodated with another unit that was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there.

The house was perfect for our stay. Spacious enough for 2 families with an unbeatable location on the beach! Generally clean but there were a few things that could use a refresh. Communion with our host was super easy and very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!!

We've never had a shorter walk to the beach from a beachfront cottage! Seriously, 11 steps down off the deck and then a very small dune path down to the sand (maybe another 20 steps down). Location along an uncrowded stretch of beach was another huge plus. The cottage is an older no-frills unit, which suited us very well! `We had plenty of room for 4 people. If you maxed the occupancy, it might be a little tight, as the rooms are on the small side. Kitchen had everything except a toaster (which might have been in the unoccupied unit next door) and a big pot (so if you're doing crabs or spaghetti, you might want to BYO). I appreciated the glass top electric stove and the garbage disposal in the sink, both things we usually don't have at the beach. Loved that we could bring our dog! The short hose at the base of the steps and another right outside the back door were very helpful in rinsing sand from canine and human feet. Sadly, we didn't catch fish during our stay (too rough), but the fish cleaning station worked great for rinsing and drying shells (best shelling ever, due to the rough conditions). One item that will hopefully be fixed soon is that both windows in the living area have broken seals, meaning they were fogged with condensation on the lower 1/3 to 1/2 of the windowpanes. If you're going to be spending much time inside, you might want to check to see if this has been addressed. But the view from the deck was perfect!
