3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, 5 minute walk to downtown Grand Lake

Great location-close to downtown. Quiet. Great vrbo-nicely furnished and well equipped. There was one problem which was quickly addressed by the owner. The house was 55 degrees when we arrived and the new fireplace was not working. No central heat--only wall heating units in bedroom and small heater in the bathroom. The heat problem was fixed the next day--our last full day there. The place would be nice in the summer with nice deck and grill.

Wonderful accommodations in a great location!

One of our favorite places to stay! Has everything you need, although we could have used one more box fan. Love the upgrades and the newer couch was much more comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well and the new carpet was super nice. Wished there were hooks to hang jackets, hats and bags on the main level instead of just when you walked in. The garage door opener didn't work, as we had to take the trash out during our stay, but my husband is handy and was able to fix it. Used the yard to play badminton and made s'mores at night. Great place to stay in Grand Lake!

The house is in a great location, just a short walk from downtown & the lake. It still feels very quiet and peaceful on the property. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and tools. Perfect for our small group’s stay!

Great place that accommodated the whole family and had the parking we needed. Made a wonderful getaway.

We really liked our stay here & would likely book again! It’s a very easy walk into town & the common areas of the home were great. The knives are very dull in the kitchen & there were no sponges/brush to clean dishes with, but there were plenty of dishes and the dishwasher worked well! Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions & did their best to offer solutions. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay!! Very comfortable and cozy property. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great visit in Grand Lake. The home is located in walking distance to downtown, close to RMNP and several trailheads for hiking. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic trip. Take note that there are stairs to get to the main level of the house where the kitchen is. This was no big deal for us other than having tired legs from hiking! Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice cabin. Set up very nice for socializing. Close to the action but yet quite.

Beautiful home a short 10 minute walk from downtown Grand Lake (town and lake). Clean, cozy with everything needed. All accommodations were top notch. 10 minute drive from super fun snowmobiling and 25 minute drive from Hot Sulphur Springs. Communication with hosts over the top awesome! Will definitely be back!
