This beautiful, uncrowded, gated community is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, biking, lounging by the neighborhood pool - just steps from the front door - walking along the beach or riding the waves. The ocean is a short stroll from the house!

Sealofts boast an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with three decks to enjoy the sunshine from. 929 Sealoft has a lovely marsh view from any of the decks. The fully equipped kitchen has Corian countertops, updated cabinets and appliances, and tile flooring. The living room has plenty of seating for the entire family, a 65 inch QLED 4k tv with smart features, games, cards and a variety of books for your enjoyment. Property has GigE speed internet. The master bedroom has a king size bed, adjoining bathroom with a shower, and sliding glass doors leading to one of three decks. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed, a 43 inch 4K smart TV and access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub. Upstairs in the loft (open to the living room below) is two twin beds. The sun deck is the perfect retreat for stargazing at night or sunning during the day. This home offers bed accommodations for six people.

    The villa was better than we expected and the perfect size for what we needed. It was clean and convenient to everything we needed access to. We rented a golf cart, and would highly recommend that for anyone staying on the island for convenience of getting around without having to take your car.

    Had a wonderful time with family and labradoodle. My only criticism/opinion would be the location of the washer and dryer up in the loft versus having a bathroom there.

    My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Sealoft Villas. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed seeing the birds and deer feeding on the golf course and in the marsh behind the house. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and we prepared most of our meals there.

    Great dog friendly villa close to beach. All the little things supplied along with beach toys/boogie boards/grill etc. Parking might be a little tight for multiple vehicles but fine for a large SUV. Overall very nice and enjoyable stay. Amenity card access is a nice perk and was able to use the various pools/restaurants on the island.

    Not our first time staying in this home. We loved it so much the first time we came back. Great property. Close walk to the beach. Beautiful golf course view. Our family (including our dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

    We really enjoyed the house and everything about the island. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. but could use more of the staples that we have come to expect in rental houses, such as spices, sugar, cooking spray etc. There were also several burnt out light bulbs. The bathtub did not drain well because of sand. Finally, the dryer makes loud noises. On balanc, however, the positives far outweighed the minor problems and we would happily return.

    We very much enjoyed our rental. It was what we expected in terms of size, was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. The location was quite close to the beach, which was great. Communication with the property managers was superb and they were very helpful and accommodating. We had a very positive experience.
