Leonard and Dulce were extremely prompt with communication. The Jamaica House was immaculate and had just the right amount of kitchen gadgets to make meals. It was in a quiet and quaint location. The stay was outstanding and we will definitely book this place when we make our way back to Kingman!

Very clean and comfortable home

The home was exceptionally clean and boasted a very modern aesthetic with stylish furniture throughout. The backyard was quite cozy, and the high walls effectively blocked the wind. The pool was an ideal size for our small family; however, we wished the weather had been warmer during our visit so we could have actually used it. The house offered every amenity we could have needed. We definitely plan to book this property again on our next trip to Kingman.

The pool was pretty chilly but felt good to dangle the legs after a long day of walking around. But it is very well kept and nice furniture outside. The beds are comfy. Friday night the neighbor dog was excited. We all slept with white noise as we are not used to the train traffic. Part of life in Kingman

This home is attractively decorated, very clean, well supplied, and very comfortable. The owners communicated accurate details abiout the home and responded quickly and completely to all our inquiries. The home met all of our needs.

The house was great! We visited Kingman to see my husband’s grandparents for Thanksgiving. A house is so much easier than a hotel when you have 4 kids under 7. Loved the coffee bar and everyone had their own privacy. I would recommend a higher lock for the sliding glass door if kids under 5 are staying in the house.

Perfect for us as Seniors—no steps. It was clean, and well stocked kitchen, although we mostly enjoyed eating out, why cook when you don’t have to! Beds were comfortable. Only extra that could be welcome would be towel bars in the master bath. The wall across from the small closet is the perfect spot. The shower was really nice. We didn’t turn on TV, enjoyed catching up on family news and just visiting. We would stay here again.

Our experience was better than expected. This is a very clean and well thought out home. We enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood was quiet. The little extra's in the home was well planned out. We hope to have the opportunity to stay in this home again.

We have family in Kingman and this was a perfect stay for us to come and hang out with them. It’s so hot in Kingman in the summer so the pool and nice A/C. It was easy for us to check in and check out.

This property was perfect for our trip to the car show. We had our classic cars and regular cars and the RV parking made it possible to keep everything safe and secure. The house is centrally located and close to everythng. Nice neighborhood. We would stay again. Coffee bar was a bonus and the wonderful back yard was great for our winding down evenings. Thank you!

It was a treat to stay at Jamaica House, hosted by Leonard and Dulce. The home is clean, comfortable and filled with thoughtful amenities. We loved having a French press and electric kettle available for morning coffee, plenty of fluffy towels and a hairdryer. All of the lighting is overhead; reading lamps were the only thing we missed! It was unusually cold the week we were in Kingman but next time we hope to enjoy the pool and outdoor patio. Our hosts were kind and promptly responded to any inquiries we had. Great visit!

It was a great property for our family - near stores and Route 66, on the way to our Grand Canyon adventure. The beds were comfortable, easy to do laundry and make dinner. Enjoyed time in the patio too even though it was January.

Our group was headed to Havasupai for hiking but spent night prior in Kingman. Couldn’t have been happier with the house, as it’s a beautiful home. If you’re visiting Kingman I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at this property! It's well appointed and decorated and has most everything you could need. If you're a light sleeper bring a noise machine, because the nearby trains can get a little loud, but all three of my kids slept so well with just a little extra white noise. We stayed here and spent time at the Grand Canyon and a day in Vegas. It was a good middle ground to check out several tourist spots in the region.

This sweet place had everything we needed for our family in town for wedding. Very comfortable, clean, with nearly everything we needed! Thank you.

What a beautiful property. Comfortable and well laid out. Three wonderful bedrooms including a gorgeous master with an equally lovely bathroom. Everything was so cute and clean. The little details made our trip. Coffee for the morning and shampoo and conditioner in the showers.(I forgot mine! ) We spent time in the absolutely gorgeous backyard including enjoying the pool and sunbathing amenities that were thoughtfully included. I even did a load of laundry in the adorable laundry room. Excellent parking out front too. I had a hard time checking in but the hosts saved the day! I was appreciative and grateful for the way they supplied me with an immediate response and solution. Wonderful! I’d give them more stars if I could. Such a beautiful new property! Loved it!

Check in was smooth and easy the house was really nice… it felt like home, clean cozy and warm… my grandkids had the best time as the pool was perfect for all of us and we would definitely stay there again, the host Leonard was great as well.

Its a quiet little retreat. The inside was decorated beautifully. Pool was great so was the outdoor sitting area. I have zero complaint. It was a pleasant stay.
