The Private Pool Deck includes sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy some Florida sunshine and is also an ideal area should you wish to dine Al Fresco after an enjoyable day at the Parks or Shopping Malls.

- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

    We were in town for a week attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center. This property was a 30 minute drive from the convention center, we had stayed here before and loved it. It is just the right distance from Disney and very close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. The house is very nice and very comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation.

    Everything was accurate as in the pictures. However we had minor issue with bugs in the master bedroom. The place could use a detailed cleaning (throw pillows especially they were dirty on the beds and also the living room sectional) dust in some places you can tell have been there awhile. However my family did have a great time there. Would I recommend definitely.

    The house is situated very conveniently in a quiet neighborhood within easy reach of shopping and restaurants. There is plenty of green space around for easy walking. The house itself is comfortably furnished and there is an ample supply of spare linens, towels etc. The pool is looked after on a weekly basis by local employees and always looked very clean (if somewhat cold still) during our 11 week stay. The major appliances were in good condition but the 2 toasters left for our use were both under-powered and, in one of them, only 2 of the 4 heating elements functioned. Cutlery and tableware were perfectly adequate, although most of the kitchen knives needed sharpening and several of the pots and pans had definitely seen better days (teflon starting to peel off). Nonetheless, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly return to this property in future years.

    The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect if you want a hotel feel with all the conviences of a home. The location is a little far from Universal Studios and outlet shops (about a 25min drive) but close to Disney Parks. Love the home and would definitely stay there again.
