A Stunning 3 Bed Town Home with Pool That Comfortably Sleeps 6 Guests

The home is located on Serenity Resort where the homes are truly unique as they offer affordable luxury accommodation with the added benefit of a private plunge pool, communal pool with clubhouse and gym.

Our beautifully designed home has a great open plan layout on the ground floor and is tastefully decorated throughout. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV , 2 comfortable sofas and an occasional chair with views onto the pool deck. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day at the Parks or Outlet Shopping

The Kitchen/Dining Area boasts a dining room table and matching chairs. Fully equipped to cater for all your needs. It has a kitchen island with 2 stools, a perfect setting for a relaxing breakfast to chat about the day ahead.

Bedroom 1 - (downstairs) Queen sized bed with dark furnishings and contrasting ochre tones. This room has a flatscreen TV and access to a bathroom with a shower and vanity sink.

Bedroom 2 - (upstairs) The Master suite has a king-sized bed, metallic furnishings, and a Flat screen TV. It has a en-suite with walk in shower & double vanity sink. It also boasts access to a Veranda complete with bistro table and chairs making this a great place to catch an early morning sunrise over a steaming cup of coffee.

Bedroom 3 - (upstairs) This room has twin beds and white furnishing. It also has a dressing table/desk, Flatscreen Tv and cushioned window seat. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath with overhead shower & vanity sink. This is a great room for siblings, cousins, or friends to share.

The Outdoor Space –has a plunge pool and deck area with sun loungers & dining furniture for you all to enjoy. This is great space to hang out and chill in the Florida Sunshine.

Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.

- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

    The property was clean and the management group responded to our request when we needed it. The neighborhood is quiet and the communal pool was almost private when we used it.

    My wife and I enjoyed staying in this location while we honeymooned in Orlando. Very clean and beautiful town home. We could have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Florida. We will definitely be back in the future.

    Super easy check in and out. Property initially appeared to be perfect, however upon going through it was evident that the property needs a new housekeeper/cleaning company and some heavy duty pest control. Pool had also appeared to not have been cleaned in weeks. Convenient location off of HWY 27, and close to everything.

    Loved the condo,location was pleasant once you got to the condo.the only a couple of negatives .could provide more dish towels,and dish rags.Also the carpet really needs replaced.But on the plus side the bath rooms were great plenty of room. You could use some type of water softener.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity and the house was as nice in reality as it is on the website. We were slightly worried that some of the photos showed construction in the background from the pool deck but the rental company assured all construction was completed and to be fair it was. We booked a townhouse as we didn’t really need a huge home this time and although the pool wasn’t as large as the detached villa we have used in the past it was ample for what we required and we could always use the communal pool at the clubhouse if we wished. Absolutely loved watching the sun rise and set from the balcony off the master bedroom and would book again just for this. The gymnasium had everything we required. We were recommended a few local restaurants (Mexican and Indian) by the management team which were located at Cagans Crossing which is a small town only a few minutes’ drive from Serenity and we also ate at Chilli’s one night which was just across the road from Cagans Crossing. Thanks very much to everyone at Orlando Holiday Rental Homes for making our stay so enjoyable.
