Host was great! We had a great stay, the location was perfect, quiet and close to everything we were planning from Phoenix to Scottsdale!

My wife and I had a great experience with Tina's beautiful condo, in Tempe Arizona. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Many extra additional mostly kitchen appliances and such which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great place, and communication. Would definitely stay again, if available.

Communication with the host was great and very helpful. Loved the close proximity to Tempe Marketplace.

Place was clean and welcoming in a lovely neighborhood. Very conveniently located to restaurant, shops and areas to play for families. The host was friendly and very responsive.

Everything was ok, carpets a little stained, beds a little lumpy but all in all pretty good.

We came out for our daughters graduation from ASU it was central to ASU, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale.

I live nearby and rented this lovely place for visiting family in town for ASU graduation. It was fantastic and the host responded very quickly when I had questions.

Check in was easy. Place was nice and very convenient. I would definitely stay again.

This 3 bedroom condo was ideal for our extended family in town for a wedding. There were pristinely clean rooms for all of us and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. The unit had all the essential kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. The condo is centrally located, only about 20 minutes from the experiences we wanted to have in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa.

All the good reviews say it all. Modern, comfortable, extra clean, tons of towels, iron, steamer, pool games, air purifiers, more. Can’t think of anything that would have been better. Walking distance to food. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean condo. Wonderful location, close to lots of things to do. We travel to Tempe a bit and will be checking availability here for our future trips.

The condo was relatively clean and the property manager was timely and helpful in her responses to our questions. I wouldn't advertise sleeps 6 with only a full-sized daybed in one of the rooms, but other than that, it was conveniently located and it suited our needs for my elderly mother's final visit to her sister.

We were in town for a baby shower, the weather was amazing, the house was excellent, loved being able to unwind in the hot tub when the day was over. Thank you Tina for the amazing place to stay at.

It was very convenient. Nice amenities. Only down side was the lighting/fan wasn't working and Tina did her best to immediately address what we thought were the batteries and sending the right ones but it still wasn't working. I wish the code could be sent a week ahead as it was stressful with only 24 hrs or less. Other than that, it was nice to have a few things like foil and even some Pam. Appreciate washer and dryer but maybe a curtain would work so you could open the dryer more. Cute and comfortable.

Great location, Quiet neighborhood, Tempe Market is a short distance from Condo and has everything you need.

Centralized location for our spring training baseball games.

Located close enough to downtown Tempe/ASU to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy a little quiet. We especially liked the private shaded patio, and the guestbook guitar which was perfectly in tune!

In Phoenix for surgery, with family. Town house is comfortable with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer large capacity. Easy access to 101. Plenty of restaurants at Tempe market place, Safeway and Walmarts close by.House is conveniently located at the beginning of complex with designated parking a few steps from the house.

The property was overall a great experience.We felt very safe in the area.It was very clean, and it was furnished nicely.

We would stay again! Very nice. Location was perfect for ASU graduation. Close to malls restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, was very clean and it was quiet. Definitely would recommend.

The location was good for my needs and close to many types of restaurants and shopping. Easy freeway access as well. Covered parking was nice and everything worked as needed. Good place and good stay. I will use again if in the area.

Excellent property in the Tempe area

It was perfect for our needs. Clean. Conveniently located just down the road from ASU. Lots of towels. Pool was a lovely way to relax a bit in the evening. Owner was very responsive.

Delightful stay. Morning coffee’s on the patio and full of afternoon dips on the pool to cool off. Close to all the activities in Tempe and a cute donut shop nearby.
