The Space:

Upper unit duplex - downstairs is occupied by midterm guests. If availability allows, the separate downstairs is a 2 bed 1 bath with kitchen can be booked with the rest of the house. Inquire on additional nightly charges and availability

No smoking, no events, no unauthorized guests.



Laundry area is shared.

Park along the street in front of residence and enter through the front door or on the driveway in the back of the property to enter through rear exterior doors and then the door that leads into the kitchen. All upstairs doors have a unique to you entry code that is never shared with anyone else.



Guest Access:

Entire upstairs, front yard and garage. Downstairs and backyard are for separate guests.

Laundry is shared with both units.
