This recently updated 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse (sleeps 8) in Brigantine Quarters, part of Shipyard, boasts 2 master suites (first floor and second floor). The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. There is an eat-in kitchen as well as a dining room, living room and porch. The screened-in porch, which overlooks the beautiful pond in the rear of house (small reptiles included), is perfect for morning coffee or in the evening to listen to nature and the surf. The laundry is located on the first floor. Just steps out the front door is the newly renovated pool great for children of all ages with a 1 foot depth area for toddlers and a max depth of 4 feet. The cabana and bath house are located here along with a gas grill and lounge area. The second pool on location is not heated and is deeper. Ideal for swimming laps. It is located adjacent to Cabana. Beside the pool, in the center of the cul-de-sac, are the other gas grills. Use at your convenience following the instructions on how to operate them. There are 2 pickleball and tennis courts on the property as well with a kids playground. We have 2 beach access areas. A private gated entrance on our property that is minutes away via bike or walk (no public restrooms) or the owners beach where one can drive, walk or bike to with bathrooms, water stations, and a restaurant on premise at Sonesta spa and resort. Bike rental is available at Shipyard with door to door service. Our location is minutes away from Sea Pines and Coligny Square via the bike trails or riding the beach. Enjoy every aspect of Hilton Head from this great town house in Brigantine Quarters. This is a smoke free home and area. Sorry, no pets. Rental is 7days/Saturday-Saturday.     Weve rented in Brigantine Quarters for years as it has a great mix of amenities. Nice pool layout, tennis/PB courts recently resurfaced, quick access to the beach via car or bike, rear gate entry a big plus for bike riding and other, nice view of the pond with turtles and gator to entertain the grandkids. The 3.5 bath, 3 bedroom floor plan is not cramped and worked well for our family.

    We absolutely loved our stay at Brigantine Quarters. Had easy access to the beach, tennis courts, and two beautiful pools. We rode our bikes every day around shipyard plantation, so bike friendly. The house was perfect, clean, had all the amenities of home. Looking forward to staying there again.

    Property was well maintained and comfortable. Everything was in working order. Listing gave the impression that a pool was part of the home, the pool only steps away from the front door was a community pool that was also well maintained and clean. Overall we a group of 7 would stay there again
