This is a quiet residential area. The home is not suitable for events, celebrations, or group gatherings.

3. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
Please be respectful of neighbors—no outdoor music or noise that carries beyond the property.

4. Pool Use is at Your Own Risk
There is no pool fence and no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times.

5. No Glass Outside (Especially Pool Area)
Glass is strictly prohibited outdoors. Even a small break can require extensive cleanup.

6. No Smoking Inside or on Patios
Due to high desert fire risk, smoking is only allowed in the driveway or outside enclosed areas.
All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and properly disposed of.

7. No Pets
We maintain a strict no-pet policy to protect guests with allergies and maintain property standards.

8. Desert Environment Awareness
