Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our stay at Dustin’s beach house was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning communication was great, the house immaculately clean, beds super comfy, great location close to a beautiful beach access that was never busy and plenty of shopping and great restaurants . The golf cart made trip to the beach a breeze. There were also beach chairs provided which is an added bonus for those of us who fly. Dustin’s place is the one and am counting down the days till we can return!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025This house checked all of our boxes. Our family of 4 plus 1 dog had more than enough room. The house was very clean and cozy. The house is located minutes from the beach and the golf cart made trips to the beach so easy. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. We would love to return for another stay someday!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025We went for our summer vacation. 4 of us total plus our dog. House was very comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition to the house to access the beach as it is a few blocks away. Beach access with the cart was very easy. Kitchen was well equipped and we made a few meals which was nice. The living room and the kitchen are all in one big room so it was nice to be able to be together with the family while cooking. The back porch was great for morning coffee and reading. Overall an excellent experience.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We took our 16 yo son, two grown sons, granddaughter, one girlfriend of a son, and our dachshund. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week and more. The AC was due for minor maintenance on the day that we arrived and Dustin was very helpful and prompt with getting it done within minutes of contacting him. The golf cart was key to making the trips to the beach and back extremely pleasant!

Stayed May 26, 2023Loved our time in PCB! This home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Great location on the quiet West end. Having the golf cart was a major plus! Would love to stay again at this beautiful, pet-friendly home.
