3 Bed 2.5 Bath House Getaway 15 minutes to Strip

The host was concise and did an excellent job of giving good instructions. We found the place clean and ready for us. we have family in the area, so we didn't stay long except to sleep. It was a nice place and excellent location for us.

Great spot, super quiet, everything we needed.

The home is in great condition and located about 15 minutes from the strip. The neighborhood was quiet with all essential shopping and restaurants close by. The host was a great communicator and the home had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. I will definitely book this property in the future.

The home was beautiful! We really enoyed our stay. There is a fenced in yard perfect for dogs. The bedrooms are all upstairs which were fine for us. The home is perfectly located just near the strip.

Nice, clean place. We all very much enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable in the main bedroom and there was plenty of space. Loved the back, covered patio and the trees that kept the yard cool and our dog loved it. I have nothing negative to say.

Beautiful spacious house perfect for professional groups. I traveled with my installation and sales team for a trade show at Mandalay Bay and we all loved the location as well as the space to congregate while still having our own space. 5 stars across the board!

There were 4 of us Ladies staying in the VRBO and we all so enjoyed the house and location was convenient to the things we did while there. The back patio was great and where we spent our time when we were there. The beds were very comfortable. The owners was very responsive to my questions ahead if our visit and while we were there. They had an information packet there that gives you ideas of things to see and restaurants in the area. We would definitely rent this VRBO again.

Clean house, spacious, great hosts!

Very clean and comfortable home. I feel very safe as I travel alone with my dogs. Nice to have space outside for them to wonder. Dustin is always very responsive to my questions. Love it being at the end of a dead end street, very little traffic.

Communication was easy and timely. Property was super clean, offered the perfect location just off the strip.

this property worked well for us as we were wrapping a 2 week road trip. the property was clean and well designed for our stay. we appreciated that we could use the garbage although we didn't end up taking advantage of it. it is well tucked into a neighborhood but was easy enough to access shopping and dining.

After a long delayed flight that brought us in to Vegas very late at night, finally walking inside our rental felt like a soothing oasis. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house was immaculate and clean when we arrived. We ate some in-n-out burger then fell quickly asleep in a soft bed with plenty of sheets and quilts already on the bed. Our host, Dustin, was very communicative and helpful before we even arrived. This beautiful home is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood close to the airport, downtown and many places to visit including many restaurants, the outlet mall and the pinball museum. My son and I would be extremely happy to stay here again next time we come to town. Highly recommend this house!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The strip is close by & so are a lot great areas to hike. Clean comfortable house made the stay quite comfortable.

The house was as described.Check-in instructions were detailed and spot-on.It was a comfortable stay and communication with the host was excellent.This is a far superior options to paying for overpriced Vegas hotels.

We had a wonderful time. The home was very nice and the owner was incredibly friendly. We had two small issues and he responded right away and came over to fix them immediately. He even offered his services in helping with any questions on where to go or what to do. I don’t want to say too many great things because everyone will want to rent this home and I won’t be able to. Haha

Great location

This is the second time I've stayed at this house and everything was just as fantastic as the first time we stayed last year! Dustin has once again proved that he is a great host who truly cares about his guests. His communication is great and if there was anything we needed he responded with a solution right away. the house is clean and in a great location making our stay very comfortable and convenient. I appreciate everything he's done for our group and hope to stay here again!
