3 Bedroom 2 bath home 5 minutes to Windsor launch ramp. A short ride to trails, great for fall/winter/spring ATV exploration. 70' RV/ Boat driveway to park your toys. BBQ, Griddle, patio set with ceiling fans for outside dining. Front porch is great for your morning coffee. 65 living room television. All bedrooms equipped with TVs and cal king mattresses. Shuffleboard in common area. 2nd bath equipped with tub. Garage includes full access to washer/dryer and 220 car charger port. Cleaning services will be provided at the end of your stay. NO PETS unless otherwise permitted by owner. Violation of the no pet policy will result in $500 additional charge.

Monthly rates (October- Dec): $2000 per month. 1 month minimum. Contact owner with any additional questions or special date requests.

We’ve stayed here a few times over the years and will keep coming back. This property is clean, roomy and is fully equipped with all the necessities. The host is wonderful and very responsive. The location is centrally located near McCulloch, grocery stores and the lake. Stay here, tell your friends!

Wonderful Lake Havasu getaway. Clean with all of the needed amenities. Super comfortable bed in the master and great couch in the living room for relaxing after a day at the lake. I would definitely stay again!
