Come enjoy our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with elevator located in the peaceful Gulf Pines neighborhood. High ceilings and large windows let in an abundance of natural light to enjoy the lush landscaping. Our home is a short walk to community pools and tennis courts. The lush and tropical path to the beach starts by the pool and leads to a beautiful stretch of private beach great for relaxing and shelling!


The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet and in-suite bathwith a tub and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, full futon, walk in closet and direct bathroom access. The final guest room has a full futon and is setup for a home office, Each bedroom has a smart TV. Spacious living room has ample seating and leads to the dining area and then into the fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. The home also has a washer and dryer.


Gulf Pines is a special place, focusing on nature, quiet relaxation and seclusion from the hustle and bustle of typical beach areas. Residents live here because they enjoy solitude, love flora and fauna, and want to live in harmony with that. You will find quiet roads and beautiful landscaping throughout the neighborhood. There are greenspace trails throughout the neighborhood to explore and view the wildlife.


The Sanibel bike trail is right at the entrance to the neighborhood and will lead you all over the island or to Captiva. J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is 2 miles away with beautiful trails to walk, bike, or drive.


Home includes the following amenities: home staples to get you going, linens, towels, beach towels, 2 bikes, beach cart, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, shell bags, corn hole, board games and grill.


Shared community amenities: 2 pools and 2 tennis courts.


Golf cart is available during your stay for an additional charge.
