Me and my 3 teens and my sister, brother in law and their 3 small kids under 9 spent a week here for Christmas and it was a great week. A very roomy and home feeling home with cute decor , lots of space and a great location that had very little traffic around it. Very laid back owner and property with so much space , pool table and poker table was a big hit with the teens. I personally loved the spacious and private back porch and the canal out back and the doggy doors!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. The highlight for us was the serene pond in the backyard, which attracted an array of wildlife. We enjoyed spotting Great Herons, squirrels, various waterfowl, and even had the exciting experience of seeing a small alligator. Another delightful surprise was picking a couple of fresh mangoes from the tree overhanging into the yard. The yard is spacious and very well taken care of, adding to the overall charm of the property. The house itself is well equipped with everything we needed. The living areas are spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone to relax. We particularly loved the pool table and spending our mornings sitting in the lanai, sipping coffee and watching the birds. There's so much to enjoy on this property—it truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the homey feeling there. Plenty of space and everything was at the house we needed.

We booked this property for one month as we were waiting for our home to be finished. This home had a rodent infestation. While there we caught and killed 12 mice in traps and flushed a live one in the toilet. The owner was aware of these conditions as there were traps, poison, and electric pest repellents inside and out. The oven was filthy and unusable. The inside of the microwave had to be cleaned as it was completely covered in dried food. The countertops were grimy and had to be cleaned. We found rodent droppings on most surfaces, floors, cupboards, and in our vehicles parked in the garage. The property had a continuous odor of decaying rodents inside the garage and home. We have not received our refundable deposit from the owner We are requesting your staff to look into this matter and would like our deposit returned and additional compensation for the filthy conditions of the property. Great property for families! Lots of space, really nice sun room with pool table and then an outdoor screened in porch. Access to pond where the kids love to fish! Super close to great restaurants, walking trails and Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral beach area. Everything was handled very well and we loved our time there!

Nice size house clean and have everything you need . Good if you have a dog. Nice size kid could run around. Slept 6 adults comfortably.

Three bedroom house was perfect for our two families during Spring Break. We visited Sanabel, Ft Meyers and Venice beaches. We also did a fishing charter that was all nearby. Quiet neighborhood and the pool table were nice. The owner and property manager we very responsive during the stay including checking in and out.

Very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the location at the end of a cul-de-sac with the screen porch and big private back yard bordering the pond. Lot's of turtles, ducks, birds, squirrels, and fish.

Awesome, perfect for friends who want a roomy place and yet some privacy as there’s plenty of room, very spacious. Dina was very polite, easy to work with, I’m sure we’ll be back ? !!
