Fair. House was nice but needed some repairs.Refrigerator ice maker did not dispense ice, kitchen ceiling flood light would not illuminate and on our last full day of our stay the hot tub was cold water

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in a great location and overall in good condition. The house has a nice lay out with Master on one side and two bedrooms on the other side of the house. Our main complaint was that the hot tub heater was not working correctly and we didn't feel the sense of urgency from the property management company to get it resolved during our stay. Coming from the north, hanging out on the patio enjoying food & drink while watching football outside enjoying the outdoor pool and hot tub was a big priority that fell short of our expectations.
