3 Bdrm House Across Birkdale Village & Lake Norman

Stayed here to be close to family for Thanksgiving weekend. Home was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Great walks in the neighborhood each morning. We had a small issue with bedding that the host quickly worked with us to remedy.

The process of booking and accessing the home was easy. The home was clean but there is a pest problem with roaches.

Close to Birkdale Village lots of good restaurants and shopping.

The property was extremely clean and the check in procedure was very smooth. The house was conveniently located close to stores, Birkdale college and to the highway. The host responded immediately to any questions.

We had most everything we needed, only complaint was that the bunk bed was uncomfortable. Loved that it was walking distance to a grocery.

Very quiet and subtle. It was easy access to whatever you needed and was in walking distance. I would recommend this property.

My family drove down from Ohio to attend a graduation for my grandson. The property was comfortable and clean. The property manager was easy to work with especially when I needed to change my dates. Highly recommend

The property is as clean as advertised. We had a very comfortable stay. The Harris Teeter supermarket is a short walk away and the property is very convenient to restaurants in all price ranges. Danyel was quick to respond to questions.

I really wish I could have given this property 5/5. Danyel was a great host with prompt, attentive communication. The property was very tidy, the neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Two of the three rooms were equipped with comfortable beds, however, the third bedroom (with the double bunk bed) had very thin foam mattresses that could not be slept on. There was a fold-flat futon in the living room that would be ok for a child, but not great for an adult. Unfortunately, the blow-up air mattress provided had a hole in it. We purchased inflatable beds, which was not ideal, but certainly better than the floor. I think a couple mattress upgrades, would be an easy way to remedy the problem. Sadly, I would not be able to recommend this property for more than 2 adults (or 4 people who could share the two beds.) Other than that it was fine.

Danyel was great, very responsive but the property hardly had any use for us besides sleeping. Few towels, only one in kitchen, no TV (REALLY) no soap in showers, no ambiance at all!
