The Space:
This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home boasts expansive mountain and forest views that you and your family of up to 10 are sure to love.

Upon entrance to this well-appointed home, guests will appreciate the natural light coming in from the tall glass windows throughout the house. Cozy up in the family room with your loved ones on the leather sectional sofa as you feel the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace permeating the room. Unwind for the night as you watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. Whip up a scrumptious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your dinner in the well-decorated dining area, where you can share your fun-filled stories of the day as you marvel at the rustic chandelier - a stunning masterpiece. Sip a drink or two from the minibar as you gaze out into the night sky on the outdoor patio through the French doors. Host an afternoon cookout with the outdoor gas grill, where the master griller of your group can show off their bbq skills, as you take in the magnificent views from the multiple tables and chairs on the patio.

The master bedroom, on the main floor, boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, tall windows, a work desk, and access to a full bathroom around the corner. As you head upstairs, you will have access to the second family room with a plush sectional sofa, work desk, large flat-screen TV, and table with seating for 4. This space also features 2 twin-size beds with 2 twin trundles available for a good night's rest. The third bedroom, on this floor, has a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full-length mirror.

The laundry room with a washer & dryer combo is located between both bedrooms on the main floor of the house. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is also available next to the family room.

The Breckenridge historic district is within a short 10-minute drive from the home. You will have multiple parking access downtown, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The Main Street trolley is a great choice for wandering around downtown Breck. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A 4WD vehicle is required during winter.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

    Ideal location within 10 minutes from Peak 8 base. Great views. Good upstair space for kids. Easy to fit two families, and perhaps you could fit three if the kids sleep in the loft. Only complaint is the walkway to the house had near 2 feet of snow in it when we arrived, management did send someone over the next day. Parking space remained unplowed throughout stay.
